    Yes german health insurance system is indeed a blessing. I pay around 250 Euro a month but the insurance did pay at least a million Euro to make my life possible; there was a problem from day one on. I still don’t understand why US Americans prefer a healthcare system based on non solidarity. That people need to die because public healthcare is not covering expensive meds to save a life is very shocking for us to see in documentaries. Overall the US culture once was a blue print for us in Europe Today its a culture which most of the Europeans would describe with the term “disgusting.” I am super happy not life in a country where I have to worry if my kids may get killed in a school shooting by someone who is just a mirror of a pure performance culture, without enough free time to tank up my soul, to see my needs, or not having the financial resources to choose a good psychologist/therapist. I wish the citizens in the states that the latest developments lead to a slow, but consistent change to become a society which is, in psychological terms, functioning and relaxed. 😮

      @@thestaceyminks Sorry to say it but the true discussion is not Biden vs. Trump, the true topic is. Why is your country/society broken in the middle. Trump is just a symptom, not the cause. What happened to the narrative that everyone gets a chance? Didn’t work out for a lot of people? In the meantime maybe it is the other way around, good old Europe is having problems too, but hey we may have a lot of great ideas too? Maybe the, hopefully soon Upcoming United Nations of Europe, including Ukraine, are the Blueprint for the states. Americans often laughed about our plurality system in politics. A modern society is complex, with many different Life plans. I never understood how two parties can represent a complex system. I don’t understand why the people in the states do not discuss a world of media, especially TV, which is absolutely disgusting. Is this journalism or sensationalism? I ask myself why any sane journalist, given the case the person studied journalism in university, wants to write about Trump. Its clear to me, what Trump is doing has nothing to do with politics. Why in Gods Name is every media platform giving this - persona non grata - a huge stage? If 70% of all media platforms would decide to no longer write about any schmock, the world would be a much better place. And Trump would loose massive support. Why you guys don’t discuss the platitude narrative „get rich“. Does anybody truly believes that D.T. is a happy deep down in his soul? I doubt this, this man is ruled by his fears. How likely is it to get rich as f. as D.T. By the way he didn’t have the money because he is a genius businessman. He got it by his family. Its very similar to the monarchs in Great Britain… working hard is for poor people only… Why is a society believing blatant lies, alternative realities, by a person which obvious is having deep psychological troubles? Is this society ruled by fear, or is it the case that people gaslight themselves with positive narratives about a future which is going to very very unlikely to happen. I remember to hear the argument… yes but maybe I am the multimillionaire next week, I don’t want to pay for the poor in this case. Multimillionaire over night. This is super naive, near childish wishful thinking. If I have it in my mind, it must come true? Last thought before I start my day. When I saw people chanting USA USA USA. I had the first time in my life the feeling that I hear. We are scared, we are scared, we are scared to death….

    First: never complain again about German bureaucrazy 🙂 ...this is a bureaucrazy marathon (all the 2 copies, better prepaid stuff, delivery boxes) .. Congratulations to fulfilled this marathon 🙂 Well, on the consulate: security rules, 'register' an USA citizenship (born abroad) is a big think of course. And I assume the staff is doing a good organized job, but has to handle the daily 'amount' of people. For you personally it was 'just' an one-(whole-)day-appointment because you were top organized. The water that is sold in Germany comes from different sources, and it is well known that sources also contain different minerals, which of course changes the taste of the water. The water in Germany, no matter where it comes from, whether bought or from the tap, is safe and can be drunk directly.

  • @flamedealership

    HI Stacey, that was a first! I've never seen anybody that came up with the idea of tasting and ranking different brands of water. AND I never had a glass of water that left anything close to a "buttery" feeling on my tongue. What is wrong with me?🤯🫶 There is one thing, though, I want to point to. You showed and named Brands. This might be a slippery slope and many UA-camrs before you got in serious trouble and eveen had been sued, being accused of secret advertising. Since you didn't mention anything I surmise that you didn't get paid by any of the companies shown in your video. But I'd strongly recommend you put out a disclaimer that says so. You know, better safe than sorry. 💛💛

      But do you know what I mean with buttery? Almost like a light film on the tongue. Thank you. I was not paid for anything. I can add a disclaimer into the video info. It was just something I wanted to try and now when I go to the store I know what water I’ll reach for. 🙂

    You always drinking H2O without any taste and what you taste are the minerals dissolved in the water. So every water tastes different. But wait - isn't it the 1st of april? 😂 No - but i know the differences too. But what I find totally crazy is that the same water tastes different from different glasses, bottles or cups. Even if the temperature is different, it tastes different again.

    • @thestaceyminks
      @thestaceyminks 2 місяці тому

      Yes, that’s true. The temperature and cup definitely have an affect on the taste. For this experiment I had them all in similar glasses at room temp.

    Interesting video ... first sip and 50 muscles begin to work in a face LOL Water ... I never drink pure water .. so therefore I'm out of the running Most waters were mineral water - directly taken from deep in the ground. As the name says they contain minerals. As babies kidneys needs some months to develope be careful in the first year. Bottles should have "for babies approved". The minerals out in the ground vary - so a lot of waters have a different taste. Despite that all waters (sink or bottled) are very healthy. "With Gas" (bubbles) varies from "Medium" to much? to "Still" = less bubbles. Still is not defined by law, and it is mostly 'less' but not 'without' bubbles. There are a lot of websites in German about water because water is a big thing here 🙂 I agree .. meanwhile many people carry steadily something to drink with them Ashton (Freiburg) made a video Do Europeans NOT DRINK WATER ...(compared to USA)

    • @thestaceyminks
      @thestaceyminks 2 місяці тому

      Are you drinking mineral water or something flavored? And I didn’t know that still water can also have bubbles. I know that Germany had a whole ranking system for water in terms of overall quality based on various factored which is why I made sure to say it was a taste ranking. “Quality” wise this definitely would be ranked different. For example, in the black forest water is supposed to be very good quality. I’ll have to look up the video on Type Ashton.

    Hi Stacey. Deutschland ist ein Zusammenschluss vieler deutschsprachiger Kleinstaaten. Wir haben viele Dialekte und sprachliche Unterschiede. Ich denke, deshalb ist es unüblich, den sprachlichen Fehlern Anderer viel Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken. Wir richten nicht. Ja, manches klingt komisch, aber man lacht mit Dir, nicht über Dich. Selbst wir Deutschen machen Fehler und dann hört es sich viel grausamer an.Man erwartet nicht, dass Fremde perfekt sprechen. Mut zur Sprache zahlt sich aus, man wird schneller akzeptiert.
