You asked and I listened! After the huge amount of people that asked me to read Skybound's Transformers, I couldn't ignore it any longer. So I've finally read the whole comic up to it's current issue, my verdict? It's good, like really good. Like and Subscribe for More Videos Like This!

*Han shoots only.
Heat is a mandatory to watch it once a year for me also Danny Trejo is in the film too always great to see certain actor's younger because most people would miss them when watching any film because they only know what they look like now instead of what they looked like in years past
It’s a must watch for sure.
I don't see a difference. Both equally unsettling 😂
Yikes.
Remastered and Remakes are two completely different things although it is common to get them mixed up. In your video you bring up an analogy comparing Resident evil 4 Original to Resident Evil 4 Remake But the language you use makes it seem like you think RE4 Remake Remake is a simple Remaster. 14:00 Remasters All use similar content to produce their final product, aka Resident evil 4 original for the PC or Game Cube or Ps2 Could all be considered different remasters. Remakes May use similar Thoughts and ideas but they're always built from scratch. Resident evil four remake rebuilds the game from scratch and doesn't reuse any code or assets it's just using similar characters And ideas. It would be like if someone remade Star Wars episode 4 a New hope with new actors Remaking the film from scratch. You wouldn't call this remake of episode 4 a simple remaster. It's a pretty simple concept But it contributes greatly to people's Misunderstanding of expectations when a new Movie or game is announced whether or not it's going to be a remake or remaster. People end up disappointed or they don't understand that a game is built entirely from scratch and doesn't use any old code.
Transformers prime is peak
what we (or i if nobody cares) really need now is better archival disc to be used as the standard, ensuring a rot-free, skipping-free, freezing-free permanent ownership. i will not buy a 4K unless its combo pack. 😢
Great idea.
The original UK marvel transformers comics dealt with a lot of this. Much more horrifying than the US one too lol
Oh yeah.
It works
Clearly.
"Star Wars fans were happy" with Video Games TV yes, the movies.....yeah, no. I am a prequel lover, and I will tell you all right now, there is a reason why I kept my love for the prequels to myself back before Disney got the series, because the hate the prequels got WAS MASSIVE (some of the hate justified, some of it not) you could not go anywhere on the internet without seeing someone shit on the prequels. The sequels just confirm this is a weird endless vicious cycle of hatred. First people hate the prequels and say George Lucas destroyed his own legacy, and now people say Disney destroyed his legacy...next thing you know, Universal will buy Star Wars from Disney and make a threequel trilogy, and people will come out and say they liked the Sequels from Disney (some being genuinely, some just saying it...because) while they will then trash on said Threequels (....I don't actually think Universal will try buying Star Wars from Disney, I'm just using that as an example). Like seriously, you all now act like Disney buying Star Wars was the worst thing ever, and yet, when this announcement was first made, people were genuinely hyped. God, the hypocrisy from Star Wars fans (not all, though) is insane. You all act like everything was fine before Disney bought Star Wars, when in reality....no, it wasn't. In the realm of games and show maybe, but in terms of the movies, it wasn't.
Also it’s to show stuff that companies/streaming want to forget that it existed because of reasons ,you would only watch collect you like so you can either show it to a new generation of people
It’s awesome to rewatch this especially showing it to a new generations of kids who may not have heard it
Exactly.
@@BraveBladeProductions also show it to your nieces/nephews better than what streaming is doing cause the only way to watch it is to pirate it
Genuine question for anybody else curating their collections; If there’s a movie franchise that is hit or miss and you only like a sequel, does it make sense to only keep said sequel and not its predecessor films? For example, I do not enjoy Iron Man 2, but I enjoy 1 & 3, so going alphabetically on my movie shelf would go from Iron Man 1 and jump to 3.
I think that’s perfectly reasonable.
My journey into full 4K begins today. For the last two years, I had a ps5 but for the longest time I only had HD tvs to watch my movies on. Today I was gifted a 4K tv which was surprisingly cheap so now I can watch my movies in the best quality.
Great News!
Harmy's Despesialized editions are great too. It starts with the 2011 bluray and removes the special edition changes by painting them out or using the laser disc releases when it needs to. It is color graded in a similar way to the 2011 bluray and looks great. The project 4k versions are great because they are the originals, but Harmy's version are great because they recreate the original cut in a way that feels modern.
Oh dang Optimus commit some war crimes
This will backfire on Disney
Oh yeah.
Isn't that Dren from Splice? guess this is Dren before it's big break huh
No idea.
I saved up with my teenage minimum wage job and got my self a PS coz of that beautiful girl. MGS2 was a selling factor too though.
Killer Combo.
@@BraveBladeProductions It's late. Go to bed.
this is almost what ubisoft did with the actress of star wars outlaws :v
Interesting.
Sega's ad's from the Genesis era were the best.

i grew up thinking she was cute. explains a lot.
The heart wants what the heart wants.
For an even stranger Playstation advert, check out the "Welcome to the Third Space" ad made by David Lynch in 2000. And it's Lynch at his very oddest.
oh boy…
Okay, so there's probably something wrong with me, but I actually don't find her ugly or frightening at all. She looks very strange, yes, but in a weirdly appealing way. Like a species from a different branch of the human evolutionary tree that went in a more delicate and elegant direction than we did.
You've hit the nail on the head - it was never intended to be gross, it was always intended to hit you in your "uncanny valley" sense. Something that appears so close to normal, yet isn't quite normal generally evokes a more emotional response than something that's obviously not normal. And in this case it most certainly worked.
I respect your open minded state.
brain money baby. Babble dumbshit. make $8000 and scare kids all over the world.
Reminds me of the Wide Angel album. Hybrid
Pretty similar.
She has atcha-foya, one eye looking at ya the other looking for ya
The chick in the commercial is kinda hot
Would.
How do I get an invite code?
It's an incredible project. Consider how much money the Special Editions cost, and then made. For me, it has nothing to do with hating Lucas or even the SE. I first saw the original trilogy in the form of the 2000 VHS, i.e. the 1997 SE, obviously. I was shocked to learn (much later) the whole story of the originals and their suppression. But at the same time, I like some of the changes, like the new X-Wing approach to the Death Star. But there are also many aspects of various SE versions that are either objectively or subjectively bad. Since there is currently no way to see the OT with only the good SE changes, having the closest possible approximation to the original version is an important matter. You also don't really know Star Wars if you have never seen the film that started it all, won six Oscars and is one of the highest grossing films ever made to this date. That is to say, the actual film, not the later edit. Although it's also about preservation. I think there also exists a 4K97, 4K99, etc. or if not, they should exist.
I was around when this advert first aired, and because I was working in the CGI industry at the time, it was obvious to me that it was CGI, but it was incredibly good CGI. As such it got a few of my friends very angry about this poor girl being exploited based on her disfigurement. I actually had to take a photo of one of my friends, scan it, then photoshop it in a similar way and then print it out to convince them that it was SFX. Looking at it now I would say that the extreme angle of the eyes is over exaggerated and would have been better had it been a little more subtle, but even so it still nails that uncomfortable uncanny valley feeling even today.
That’s crazy! Shows you how effective it was.
"the original 80's cartoon reimagined for the kids who grew up with that show who are now fully grown adults" sir my dad is 50 years old and works in construction this is for nostalgia dorks who idolize nostalgia that they didnt actually grow up with
People hold onto different things.
I actually thought this advert was awesome.
Once the initial shock wears off it’s awesome.
Oh man I love the extro electric guitar, clearly just some nice love for a little electric guitar in the old bedroom! I'm a piano guy myself.
Darth Vader is Swedish. Prove me wrong. Immaculate birth from a Virgin Svea of Stockholm, baby. Darth Vader is fully Swedish, just like me.
Oh holy crap, I might have the original version of Phantom Menace on VHS. Yay.
Huge W.
How the fuck did they make this effect in the 1990s?!
Early Digital Effects.
Speaking as somebody who was working with 3D rendering and, to an extent, special effects back on the mid '90s I can honestly say that there isn't that much that you can do today that you couldn't do back then it's just that it took a hell of a lot longer and the hardware required, while not unaffordable, was still rather expensive. Sure, things are a lot more refined these days and you can get real time previews of the effects - something you couldn't back then. Often for a 30 second video you might be waiting 7 or 8 hours for it to render. Also bear in mind that for broadcast video, like this, we were working to 576p (PAL) or 480p (NTSC) resolutions, which after broadcast losses would often be equivalent to around 360p. This would go a long way to hide any flaws in an effect.
it wasn't Oliver Twist's age...
ever watched T2?
90s wasn't the stone age bruh
This is Nothing compared to Affex Twin music Videos and the Resident Evil 2 commercial
I’m gonna have to check those out.

@@Jerry_Gallo Yeah but also the Video for Windowlicker is very disturbing

Great comparison.
Mature = good “Dark” for its own sake not so good I dunno, sounds kinda pretentious I’mma pass on this one being such a purist I don’t even call it “G1” because it really wasn’t
It's not for everyone.
I dunno about you guys but this movie was awesome, the dinobots, galvatron and the cool cars were enough for me
Thanks for checking this out this version of Optimus is definitely on par or better then TF One and that's saying something!
Indeed.
Thank god for Star Wars nerds who took on the projects of restoring the original '77 release. Amazing work. Truly a project of passion, and the results are better than any semi-interested studio would do. The fan based restorations are only way I watch them.
You can also download the original theatrical cuts in 4K. There was a project called Project 4K that includes 4K77, 4K80, and 4K83. They are scanned from the original 35mm film and look amazing. There is also the Despecialized Editions that are recreations of the original theatrical cuts. They are only 1080p, but the color grading is very good.
Welp, that was basically a perfect analysis!
Thanks Mate.
im not really a huge transformer consumer til now, tfo was my gateway to watching so much transformers stuff. I always saw the optimus of this movie to be Orion Pax: naive, dumb, but always wanting to know more of the truth. Becoming more heroic that polarizes megatron. his voice didnt have that crisp deepness i was slightly hoping for when he becomes optimus. i expected him to be smarter since hes the leader of the autobots. not to say i know what the real optimus is. I like other OP just bc the voice was giga deep, but i still love this ver of op

I saw these movies when they came out, and I much prefer the cleaned up modern versions. Some of the CGI doesn't bother me in the special editions, although RotJ went too damn far. I consider the Adywan cuts to be the finest versions of the OT ever made. Restoring the film grain and flaws caused by the technology of the time is not what I want, preferring instead the look that made the overall saga have a more homogeneous look. 4K77 just made me go "oh wow I forgot how cheap this movie looked." I don't want to see the guy's sleeve under the Wampa's arm. I don't want to see Obi-Wan's lightsaber blink out several times when he points the tip directly at the camera.
One of greatest metalcore pioneer ever
Indeed.
