This game invokes a deep, primal fear in everyone including me. BUT, its the best game I ever played and was genuinely sad when I finished it. I feel like it helped me grow as a person. Don't give up, dive deeper. You'll never regret it.

Btw you really don't need to spend any time upgrading to another power source for your current base, as long as you're in shallow water solar cells will cover your power needs just fine. It's really only for deep water bases where the sunlight doesn't reach that you need alternative power sources (and for that I'd recommend trying to build near natural heat sources of some kind and using Thermal Plants for less hands-on maintenance).

You really need to get the propulsion cannon, with that you can just pick up any boxes in your way and move them to the side instead of doing that awkward jump down on them that keeps killing you, also it is BY FAR the best way of dealing with those little orange creepy crawlers :) if you don't have the blueprint for it yet there should be plenty of scannable pieces of it littered around the sandy area by the side of the Aurora.

As a subnautica veteran i'm just gonna say dont go into the void if you dont want to get eaten by a 110m luminescent snake

Funny little fact about the reaper leviathan, if you hear it, it already sees you.

I'm sure you've figured this out by now, but I noticed for several episodes you keep eating decomposing rotten food which gives you -10 water for each bite, which is why you keep getting so dehydrated so fast. Basically you should never cook food and carry it around with you because it will go bad way before you'll need it, only eat fresh food that you catch (or pluck) when you need it. Also as a sidenote, combining salt and tube coral gives you more water WAY quicker and easier than chasing bladderfishes :)

ik, im late, but take this advice in the future of this series: if you scan for titanium/copper/ any material it shows the deposits which you can get withthe prawn suit, you have to scan for the outcrops, which the resources are in

btw the reaper is attracted to sound and in his sight but if you stay still in your sea moth it will be fine and one more thing if you bring your cyclops with you just run the engine

If you go to the mushroom forest there should be a lot of cyclops parts to scan and near the back end of the Aurora there should be engine parts for it

entrance is at the bow or front of the ship not rear their Is lots of reapers here the big fish killing you at the front they are rare and you can quickly get in the ship were uts safe besides the crabs which are small I strongly recommend the seaglide before so you can get their faster and back and you can take old battery out of equipment and put new ones in instead of making a whole new one I belive the button is RMB then scroll to the x to remove or other way for a different battery currently in your inventory aswell as Left mouse button to put it back in.

you missed some collectables in the aurora, and did you ever entered the room to the right in the corridor with the slope to the cargo bay. and you can now move all the crates so i recommend you go back and yeet stuff thats in the way

There's another Degasi habitat down i the Jellyshroom caves nearby to your base, you can find a couple more PDA's to continue the Degasi's story down there.

Asd a fellow "I am scared of the Aurora Reaper Leviathans" I can say that after finally getting to kill a Reaper leviathan I felt like God, so trust me once you actually have killed one, they seem a bit less scary and now I happily go to the Aurora, to finish the job

You don't normally hear the Reaper in the Shallows that was crazy. That would completely catch me off guard.
