In this episode, I'm gonna be showing you guys some of the updates I’ve made to my paincave for this year which I'm really excited about. First off, big thanks to Entro for sending me the Wahoo Kickr Bike V2 which has been a pleasure to ride and use for the last month so far. Since there are no mountains in Singapore, using Zwift allows me to be able to train on similar terrain as if I were riding overseas. I show you how I make my paincave as comfortable as possible so I can enjoy indoor riding and keep it sustainable.
