Living in Spain, my bike is looking at the mountains with large windows and also a large Tv screen, you get distracted. I would suggest a bigger fan vs air con because you need oxygen and you nee to sweat. Congrats on the nice set up

Ac is pumping in fresh air from outside vs the fan circulating CO2.. I think a combo of both is good
@ i agree but i did the same. I had a higher FTP with a big fan 2 meters from me, 4x the size you have especially on 4x4 training
