Hey Brother I have an idea for a one of your bench videos . How to set up shocks the way you use oil for Rebound ,and for heavier vehicles I .I. usually use different rate Springs and crank down on the top cap get the height and stance I want would love to see how you do your oil-filled shocks

Got one to and love it! Just 1 thing i cant solve why it leaning at one side all the time i drive it 🤔? Have tried diff. shock oil, stiffening shocks, adjusting here and there But it still leans sideways when driving it 🤗

Got mine two weeks ago took for a ride and boy I was so impressed by it I’d say this scout can crawl through some tuff terrain out in Orla,Tx I haven’t done anything to it just yet thinking of doing an awesome paint theme but not sure just yet I like you theme I want the black top with the black stripe theme

Subscribed after watching your Mashigan videos(which brought me to your page) and started watching your other videos, and this one is epic to me. After managing a automotive car audio/alarm remote start store for 8 years and then leaving to work a Big 3 assembly plant(cough cough J**P/Dodge) for the last 15 years, this video really hits home. I managed my store to a tee like you do! It was very profitable for many years and my employees and myself had a blast while doing it! We all made money but do to factory improvements in audio and accessories, I changed career paths for the better at the right time. I love your no bullshit real take on things and look forward to watching all your back videos as I'm a huge RC nutcase and like your style! Lol. Cheers from the Motor City!

Picked up a Mashigan about six months ago and had plans to replicate my 1:1 1994 YJ I had in the late 90's-early 2000's. This thing is almost identical to my 94 with a few exceptions. Well, it's been sitting since I got other then new wheels and tires to match my 1:1(aluminum American Racing rims and 33" BF Mud Terrains). Your video has finally given me the motivation to start on mine while tackling a bunch of other RC projects. Awesome videos and am now subscribed. Where did you find the tube front bumper? I had that exact one one my 1:1!! Also had the double tube bumper on the rear.

My first "crawler" was a red cat RS 10 moa rig with 4 wheel steering great truck never let me down only thing that broke was an axle when my son who was 7 at the time drove his down the basement steps, ive always wanted a gen8 but never have the funds😢 thanks for sharing.

I have like 10 redcats, love the gen8. I was really disappointed with the gen9. For a long time the biggest complaint from most people on FB pages was the lack of a light pickup style body. Or a lack of variety of bodies in general. The have an international license and international has a very nice square body pickup... International Light Line pickups (also called the International D-Series (1000-1500)) replaced the C series[1] as International's Light Line range of pickup trucks in early 1969, for a shortened model year. The name started out as a simple continuation of the previous A-, B-, and C-series trucks. It was largely a rebodied version of its predecessors, with a square-rigged look very similar to the period Scout utility vehicle. Overall I'm a big fan of redcat. But I feel where they drop the ball is a lack of variety of bodies. Traxxas is the best at slapping a new body on the same rig and people eat it up because it's fun to open up a new rtr.

My son and I still own both ( orangre & blue), Gen 8's since 2018. They still have the stock electronics and some upgrades. At first I thought to myself: "did I make the right choice" but after watching many videos especially yours, I'm glad I did.

My pets don't like my Everest 10....they run in terror 🤣 And it just goes a whopping 4mph lol

Another great video Gerry. Love all the support for the little channels. I have had my eye on RedCat for some time but havent made up my mind yet. When I finally pulled the trigger on my first RC4WD I chose the TF3 because the "newest" model had to be the best right? Boy was I wrong. The TF2 is the tried and true of the RC4WD's. So now I ask myself when it comes to RedCat, do I make the mistake again and get a Gen 9 or go with the Gen8 V2?

The Gen8 is a great rig, Ive had one for almost 3 years, my daughter has beat on it, Ive beat on it, modified it'll hang with capable rigs over 5 times the value the gen8 gives. Redcat stepped way up IMO. We wheel everything Redcat will hang with them all. Very good video Gerry once again speaking truth Rc brother. The Jconcepts Landmines have always worked fantastic, sone really good inserts and they work just as well as Hyrax. Manufacturers send all that free stuff I believe because those said big channels have all those views on lockdown because most look at thise channels as Rc Gods lol! I mean I'm guessing they think we'll even bad publicity is still publicity 🤷 is what I'm guessing. I'd rather watch smaller channels that's spending hard earned money on a product because your going to get a much real world opinion on said products and that's simply a fact. Problem is so many Rc channels cranking out content and let's be honest here anyone with deep pockets are going to have more of a go for just simply put flashy content. Us smaller guys unfortunately I feel will probably never have the chance unfortunately but it is what it is. I super appreciate channels like yours and mine and several others and value the opinions on them. Thanks for sharing Rc brother.

As a lifelong Wisconsin resident, I approve of and appreciate your Leinenkugal's t-shirt. I love the Gen8 V2. I've wanted one for almost 5yrs now, every time I'm close to getting it, life throws a curveball, and I have to fix the real car or I get an entire rig for "free" that needs my attention and funds. I want one for winter snow and mud driving because of the inner fenders. I have an entire layout of stickers on a piece of cardboard for when I get one. The guys at Redcat are stepping up their game and coming out with some innovative products.
