Eric... Just finished watching the video to the very end... 3 Recommendations for your crevicing ops: 1). Get a smaller 1 1/4 inch diameter "sucker tube" to use to vacu-suck out ALL the material from the VERY bottom of nice cracks like this. Spoons and crevice tools only can get SO much. They are real SLOW too. :( I made 4 different PVC nozzles.....that simply thread in....from 4 inches long and 1 inch diameter for max material/bigger material/high volume....to a 12 inch long 1/2 inch diameter nozzle. These REALLY allow me to clean the crevices 100% and hit crevices others have done and left the last good 10%. 2). Take 2 smaller 2 or 2 1/2 gallon pails with you. Allows me to bring up water from the river to fill the crevice to then vacu-suck it out. :) 3). Lastly, IF I still can't get my 12 inch x 1/2 inch tube to the very bottom.....I find most crevices drain in one direction downhill. I build a containment dam with rocks at the bottom........line with sand/gravel/clay.....then pour, flush, wash everything....over and over.....buckets of fresh water to wash all the material/gold down to my containment dam and out the crevice. Then I either scoop it all up, pan it. Or, I sucker it up with my large 4 inch x 1 inch nozzle and poop it into a gold pan or a bucket to pan. This technique has got me a LOT of extra gold of the last 20 years... :) Randy C0017A

There's a few things missing from your P&L analysis. 1) Cost of vehicle, 2) Cost of transportation, 3) Equipment cost, 4) Time, and 5) opportunity cost of all the above. Conclusion: the money is in making a video about it, so people like me create views for you. :)

You guys calculating the payout per yard, or whatever, aren't considering that the guy with the crusher and quarry may not always be running such rich rock through it? Next week he might sell you some yards of sand with little or no gold in it. If it was consistently rich at his quarry? He would probably be washing it himself, already.

Think the water is going way too fast! Too much fast & forceful water flow, I think, to collect tiny bits of gold...prob'ly washed down with the sand/dirty water.

Nice finds! Newby here in Canada and I just bought a never used White's MTX tracker E series detector and am excited to use it! the seller bought it 6 years ago and never used it once! I have a couple beginner models that I have had limited success with, but just in a few minutes in my yard, I could already see the difference that a good detector makes. What coil are you using? mine came with the Eclipse 950. Cheers

lol funniest review ever dunks face into 1' of water wouldn't it be better to buy an inflatable pool that is 2' - 3' deep...still better than 1' of wild streaming water...PRETTY sure you can afford 1 with that wet suit on. the bubbles coming out of the side of the mask ... DOES IT WORK GREAT besides the bubbles in your ears? ... improved upon the prior ones with bubbles coming out in front of youor face. the rectanguler-ish mask .. with you loving the tilting ... of course all mask can tilt the same ... besides your face was only in about 8" of water - LOL we want to know if they WORK ... not the little cosmetics about them. snorkle masks needs LONGER breathing tubes PERIOD! At least 2' long !

Don't forget to add some Jet Dry. It reduces water tension just like Dawn but without the bubbles. Clay drops faster and small gold won't get easily washed away due to water tension.
