You need to charge the homeowner that owns that because if it wasn't there and it was rented out most likely they would have been fire because it would have been all remodeled so that's a waste of taxpayers money when these fire departments have to go out to a house that's on fire that nobody lives at that it's bacon so you need to go out to the dam home homeowner the Paylor Bell on the fire department being there

He wouldn't have a bacon house fire if you said he would go in there and rip all these houses down that are vacant the reason they don't is because the homeowner is too lazy to have a trip down there waiting for it to catch on fire like that so they can collect the insurance and then they leave them sit and sit for months and months and months because it's happening here in the town I live in these homeowners that rent these houses out or rent apartments that are in these houses they want them to burn so they can collect the insurance company or collect from the insurance company but that's it for years before the damn Cydia go in there a damn City needs to get their fingers out of their butts and do what they need to do to get rid of all these houses either sell them fix them up to where you can rent them or get rid of them

If all the utilities are disconnected then it is easy to draw a conclusion that the fire is suspicious in origin. Also four fire in a month deliberate arson or homeless people trying to stay warm and accidently lighting the structure on fire due to the inappropriate places used to set a fire.
