@lucky13laws we've been there 3 times, seeing thomas, the j611, and their smaller steam engine. Do wish their tracks were not limited to 15-20 mph. That museum is very, very first rate. Just remember all the good is 20 minutes away on rt30. Gary

That definitely would have been a special day seeing some big steam. we don't see many big steam engines these days for us east coast guys, max.

That paint scheme is our absolute favorite. It a fantasy scheme but really has impact. The engine is in for warranty repair... looks initially like missing or incorrectly assembled parts on the main steam pipes which cause derailments. we shall see how it works out. Thanks for commenting. Gary

Yes, were not happy about lionels pricing. Charles ro pricing is slightly lower than the other sites with very low shipping charges and no sales tax for out of states purchases. Gary

Luke, That's the lackawana clock tower, part of the original hoboken. Nj train terminal, still used. They rebuilt it after WW2 because they tore the original down to use its copper and steel for the war effort. Thank for commenting.
