Good advices Daphna, thank you! ❤For me, a healthy and happy person is beautiful. Beauty comes from within. Otherwise, what we put in our bodies are either our medicine, or it makes us sick. For sure, the health system is broken all over the world. "They" don't tell us about it, instead we have to figure it out ourselves and act upon it. Consuming organic and local produced food and drinks make a huge difference, I think. Especially lots of fresh vegetables, fruits and berries. I also consume vegan food and drinks daily nowadays, which has made me healthier, happier, and both feeling and looking younger. And our drinking water should be filtered and clean. 💦🙌 Otherwise we will get lots of chemicals and toxins in our bodies just by drinking our own tap water!

I made some major life changes in my 50s. Most were positive, or were eventually positive. They were freeing. Many of my old friends are not my current friends and I have encountered some peculiar hostility toward me for the changes I made in my life. I have only a few good friends now, but am much happier with myself. I look back at the past now as a former life. I am not that person anymore and am happier for it. I have more freedom personally and financially, despite an expensive divorce. I went through two major career changes where I thought I might not recover, but I have climbed back up the ladder and make more money now than I ever have. I am not rich, but comfortable now. Fear, is my greatest challenge. Fear of change. I had to learn that bad things can happen, but I will be okay. Because of that, I am a better version of myself. I am 62 now. My fifties were a decade of change. I have learned to look forward to this new decade.

50’s and 60’s are amazing. You come into your own. There’s a lovely relaxed happy feeling of contentment inside that comes with age. You appreciate many things that you didn’t notice when you were younger and slow down to enjoy them 💖xx

A 'Tiny' house in Ontario, Canada, cannot be any smaller than 188 square feet in size. So that means that a 200 sq-ft to 250 sq-ft house is the ideal goal to try to get. It should cost you around $50,000 to build that house, and then another $250,000 for the land to put it on, because land here in Southern Ontario is crazy-expensive.
