    You got fans and male groupies now lol but I woulda slapped dude for asking if natty. Only lazy folk would ask that cause you don't even look ridiculously huge that would even raise the question of you being on gear.

    *I lived in the Bay Area, Marin County, just across the Golden Gate Bridge in 2016 & 2017.* I was a #Financebro in the Biotech sector and as the Contracts Department head, I had a lot on my plate. I worked out 5 days a week but the stress and the 10 hours a day behind the computer had me in *early stages of Type 2 Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome.* Now a small business owner which has given me the flexibility to prioritize my health. *Health > Everything* Thankfully, my compute was only 10 minutes each way but I had co-workers that commuted 75-90 minutes each way. That's 2-3 hours per day commuting for many of my co-workers & then add on the actual work in the office.

    No lies told. I have worked in corporate for almost 15 years, the last 7 have been remote and it can be a lot more unhealthy, physically and mentally due to the fact that you are isolated, aren't moving your body, and are taken on a lot of anxiety due to being remote and needing to be online. At the end of the day the responsibility is on the individual, I have always had a plan to generate and leverage my earnings for long term investments but there is always a give and take.

    You got that right. In college, I weighed about 170 at my lowest, pretty lean at 6 '4". Now that I graduated with a desk job, I'm up to 220lbs. I'm taking steps to get back down to my leanest, intermittent fasting again and hikes. Hopefully I can sustain my healthy lifestyle.

    Respect brother, really insightful video, this actually really hit the nail for me to not get into a corporate career, generally super stationary jobs like offices and what not are horrible for your health. Though if you are working from home, you can buy a treadmill desk and start balling out here (along resistance training). But this video is straight facts, and I love how raw you are, even though this video has a chance of offending a corporate client of yours, the truth remains the same.

    • @Hybridathletes
      @Hybridathletes 3 дні тому

      @@adamlucas1260 I would say the nature of working in a major corporate company isn’t healthy at its core, but definitely the physical aspects. I think individuals can do their best while in a corporate environment. Also if someone is doing a job that they are passionate about, or gifted at, that makes a huge difference than someone working strictly for a check

    Man, you have no idea how much I've missed this type of video format from you JD. Everything here I agree with, it's not worth supressing your character at the overall cost of your mental and physical wellbeing is a complete netloss. Similarly to you, I work in London which could for certain is one of the tech and business capitals of the world and I see it everyday, pretty much all guys and ladies who are running the shows are bult like a sack of potatoes whilst championing and advocating some super liberal value set... a whole different topic there though. V shred is total shit. It does not work. All they do is continue to charge your credit card even though you purchased a 30 day supplement routine. I purchased the 30 day tryout thinking that it would help me. I really don’t over eat I do make good choices when it comes to food. So I figured I would take this supplement of Test Boost Max, Burn Evolved and Hgh Boost. I never gained or lost anything. Actually, I did lose something money from my bank account. When I signed up for the 30 day trial, I was supposed to receive literature or a link to a website. This website link was supposed to inform me of all the different secrets that V Shred shares with the public without disclosing the secrets. Be aware that their customer service number does not work and you have to talk to them via a live chat. Somehow they signed me up for a repeated subscription, even though I only purchased the 30 day supplement plan.
