The number three ain't a bowling style

My bowling style is unorthodox as well. I took a couple years of courses and did acquire some skill from it however found that the way I naturally throw it works better for me. I slide a little and have to be out to the side more very similar to how Novak throws. I also have to get really low to the ground and step out which cause me sometimes to slide a little. I tend to do better if I just do it my own may. I use a 14 however actually found that I do much better with a 12 to be honest. I grew up around a lot of ultra masculine guys so it wasn't respected under a certain weight which is how I ended up using 14 plus it took me several years to find one that had a more natural grip size with a little more weight for some extra boost although to be honest I do also find a 12 more natural. Although again I like the 14 now because it has a little more weight. I get still do alright with a 16 however am terrible at 18 or any regulation size. 12 and 14 is where I'm most comfortable. I like the way bowling feels on my back and legs. A nice exercise and great game to play.

the thing about bowling is you can train yourself and get all the “fundamentals” or whatever else someone says but if you are able to throw it and consistently get strikes it doesn’t matter how you throw it. as long as you can stay consistent and keep doing it then nothing else matters

Re : Wayne Garber. What’s wrong with his approach !? He has a great throw and follow through also. Actually almost perfect. Who says you have to dance down the approach with four or five steps to be legit ? I don’t see baseball pitchers dancing towards the mound. Just saying.

Today for New Year's Eve I threw the bowling ball Is accidentally high like Garber and thought it was a mistake because someone told me threw hard.
