Hey, Sean Lavery-Spahr bowls like me! I've always lofted the ball since switching to fingertip grip, mostly because I squeeze the ball out of fear of it flying out of my hand.
I know I’m 10 months late on this comment but you don’t need to worry about the ball falling out of your hand, the grip is tight enough that it won’t slip out when doing your approach. I used to grip my bowling ball but after learning to relax my fingers I bowled a lot better.
@@Steve.Orland I’m near that too and bowled a few times there. I just normally bowl in the place where he’s actually currently bowling a sportshot league that I’m in for practice at Commack. Bowlero Commack has been my home alley since Smithtown Lanes had been gone for almost two years.
As a right hander who slides with the right foot, I can relate to a handful of these guys, especially Paul as his approach has a nice tempo although I have faster leg work.
2:11 is there a name for this? Right handed curving it as if a lefty threw it? I’m new to bowling and I naturally do this. In fact I can’t even get the ball to hook the normal way. Only like this
Idk if my form is unorthodox or just not developed yet, like I got a weird follow through and my trail leg gets up high every time I throw a shot, plus I have a big backswing as well…
@@JH223BowlingVids yea, that’s why nobody is having me change too much of it since I throw a lot of strikes, definitely effects my spare shooting though because if I’m not striking, I’m missing spares lol
Yea, for sure. He was either going toe to toe with the best the sport has to offer, or shooting 150 in a championship match where he led qualifying by 500 pins
Ken's approach is trolling. It's a "let's see somebody copy this" type of thing. You'd have to look like an idiot AND score higher then ken and nobody will want to do that lol... there's always that one person.
Another strange style is Australian bowler Angelo maglieri seen in this video, ua-cam.com/video/b7LPR4NJpO0/v-deo.html Might be a consideration for your next instalment
I sometimes have a little laugh but then remember they all have higher rev rates and better accuracy than I do 🤣
I don’t know about higher rev but I can hit the pocket 9/10 times
You should check out my other videos
Makes you wonder how good John Cleese is.
That first dude just straight up crip walkin
I've bowled vs Brent to many times to count at local tournaments and he is unbelievably talented and definatly can win a PBA tour title sometime soon
4:21 imagine going on a first date with this bowling style

I play 10 pin like him, probably because I'm Canadian and used to playing 5 pin

He bowled in my home alley a couple of months ago and it was pretty cool.

Good luck man
I love how many of these are just the slightest variations on regular styles, like not even weird or unorthodox…
My man thanks so much
That first guy kills my eyes to watch. The second one hurts my shoulder lol

Well thank you sir

Thank you 😁
4:21 This is the same technique like Matt Jones and Tim Cagle II but like spinning the ball with 2 hands just rotating it very well
So cool to see this style with a camera directly in front on the bowler 👍🏻👍🏻
@@KyleKnoblauch Yeah literally
7:30 Poor guy cant even hit the pocket.

Welcome you see my channel
0:30 Never bowl like that guy
It's fun to watch tho
First guy can NOT be fucking serious.
I feel like my style would be on here, I’ve always bowled weird
@Aubrey the Unorthodox Bowler yooo how’s it going? I swear you’ll find me in so many random comment sections. 🤣
@Aubrey the Unorthodox Bowler IM FANTASTIC!!
Would you consider Joseph Grondin unorthodox? His release is normal but he wears basketball shoes
Please look up Kyle Anderson of Lockport Illinois. Great Player but unorthodox.
Oh dear, I remember seeing videos of him
The dudes ending on the wrong foot kills me.
Vespi’s low delivery throw is not bad
Idk if my form is unorthodox or just not developed yet, like I got a weird follow through and my trail leg gets up high every time I throw a shot, plus I have a big backswing as well…
All I will say is that it doesn't matter on how your form is because it matters how well you do.

1:07 I would not throw the ball like 3-4 seconds but no good at all
I thought the first person was jokin. He looked pretty serious lmfao
Vespi was either absolutely on fire or taking a dump. I don't think I ever saw him in between. 🤣
Yea, for sure. He was either going toe to toe with the best the sport has to offer, or shooting 150 in a championship match where he led qualifying by 500 pins
What about Tom Smallwood?
I guess it does not matter how you get to the line if it strikes it strikes
Sorry I missed your premiere .
I actually like the way Greg Thomas bowls.
Ron Williams and Scott Devers are 2 others!!!
Wish Bod Vespi still bowl there
Yayy!
Check out breanna clemmers bowling style.

Jordan buddy that’s not how to bowl
Dude…! Is desperate for attention. Your technique is far from creative.
