Interesting salad. Could do with a little bit of pasta & a chunky tuna steak. Will the cucumber go weird next to the warm kale? Can't remember but does dousing the chopped cucumber in lemon juice stop it going weird? What does kale taste of, just green things? Nice, edamame, you know you can get frozen or chilled edamame without the pods from sainsburys and ocado. Have you tried japanese natto? What are your thoughts on it?
Yum love the idea of tuna steak and pasta. Mmm you can wait for kale to cool down. Lemon juice can stop things like avocado going brown. Kale tastes yeah like a green veggie almost like roasted broccoli. I haven’t tried natto no
Yes salmon, lets go! But that's a tiny portion of fish & way too much vegetables & rice. I'd be hungry in 30-60mins again, having to snack in-between meal times is the worst. Need a nice big whole side of salmon, seasoned & grilled, perfectly filling, won't need to eat for another 8-12hrs.
For me it’s the perfect size. I try to eat a palm sized portion of protein for my meals but we are all different and the amount of protein is dependent on weight. And you can never have too much veggies in my opinion 😝 I’m all for snacking as long as they are nutritious and it’s good if you need a lot of calories. But good to know you have found something that works for you!! Thank you for your comment ❤️

It’s really good! It’s like a cheesy bread with bits of grated vegetables in side. There are many savoury breads like focaccia

I reckon you could but it wouldn’t follow the Greek tradition. Coriander is more used in Indian cooking I would say. Dried Oregano is a lovely alternative! Try it and let me know if coriander works

Just found this video, just to let you know that Angel hair pasta is vermicelli pasta, it’s thinner and healthier than spaghetti and doesn’t make you as full, their similar to rice noodles but has gluten incorporated. Hope that helps :)

I’d be mad to be receiving this pan even as a gift. For that price you can get a quality pan. This is a scam at best, based in LA but made in China for that price? You can get cheaper option buying a French made pans like de buyer, matfer or even tramontina. For that price might as well buy the all clad. People need to know, there’s no non stick pan that’ll last forever. If you want a pan that lasts forever go for carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron or even a copper pan. Not this garbage, know why it’s marketed with famous people? Because it’s a garbage product, that’s why they need famous people to trick naive and beginners to buy this garbage. Stay clear of this garbage, most positive reviewers are either paid, sponsored and people who doesn’t cook. Paid and sponsored reviewer can’t say shit about this garbage eventhough they know it is a garbage. That simple.

@@TheDeliciousNutritionist Also when looking for a pan, look for a tri-ply, not a disc bottom pan unless it’s Demeyer (although that hit your wallet). But if you really want a non stick pan because it’s easy, just go for tefal or debuyer, spend about $30-60 no more than that because you’ll need it to be replaced every 2-3 years. Anything that’s practically indestructible like cast iron, carbon steel and stainless steel, you can fork out more for the best. Hope that helps.

@@loug2267 bet you don’t really cook then, if you cook a lot pans do matter. Plus you can get the same one at Lidl or Aldi in uk for £30. Check where it’s made in, it’s from China. You can even get this at Chinese website for cheap, it’s the same product with a rebrand. Do you know why they close all their comments? Because people who know are calling them out. If anyone bout this at £99 then they are a fool. There’s brands out there which are better than this junk.

@@ediolagjikdhima7571 you are welcome! Thanks for watching my videos. Good question, I personally don’t see how it impacts the nutritional value. But I favour the traditional wooden whisk which is what I use. I love the ritual of it and I think it makes the best foam and taste. But up to you!

You could try a tablespoon and see how it goes but haven’t tried it with sukrin gold

What meals can help me sleep longer in the night ? What foods aspecific increase sleep and help me if I wake in the middle of the night feel sleep again thank you
It could be different reasons from not eating enough at night or have caffeine past lunch time or you are eating too much and your body is struggling to digest food. I would say there is nothing to avoid at dinner just have the right portion sizes. Alcohol can also degrade the quality of sleep. Foods to help sleep is having a handful of starchy carbs like potatoes and whole grains. A palm sized portion of protein like chicken or Turkey, 2 handfuls of veg and a thumbsized portion of healthy fats like olive oil on your plate. Banana, Turkey, cherries and calming herbal tea like chamomile could help. You could also try Benenox from Boots
