    Hey! Today I'm sharing Manti which is a Turkish pasta recipe with minced beef and garlic yoghurt. I have put a slight twist on this and used kefir yoghurt and Quorn mince. Let me know in the comments below what you think. It blew my mind!😊

    Serves 4
    quorn 200g
    1 onions chopped
    1 tbsp tomato paste
    1 tbsp sun-dried tomato paste
    1 tomato chopped
    330g pasta
    200g kefir yoghurt
    5 garlic cloves sliced
    4tbsp olive oil
    400g can cherry tomatoes
    2tbsp red wine vinegar
    Paprika
    1. For the filling add 2 tbsp olive oil to pan and add the onions and garlic and cook
    2. Add the tomato pastes, 1 chopped tomato with 50 ml of the beef stock to reduce sticking
    3. add pinch of paprika and season
    4. Put 330g pasta onto boil
    5. Mix the kefir and half the garlic together
    6. For the tomato sauce add 2 tbsp olive oil into pan with the rest of the garlic and cook for a min
    7. Add 1 can cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes
    8. Add 2 tbsp vinegar and season with a pinch of paprika and cook till most of the water has evaporated
    9. Layer tomato sauce on a plate, with pasta and mince and they drizzle garlic kefir on top
