I grew up in Wilson Park in Philly..both in a high rise and house so I understand housing projects. As for the bugs, you can be so clean and they will still try and come to visit! Brilliant vent idea! I do not live in the projects and I have nasty neighbors! Last year, we had a mice infestation. OMG! They were in my car. I cleaned, cleaned again, donated, cleaned again and still cleaning! I feel like I am on constant watch now! I have neighbors with garages FILLED with junk and the mice and lawdy only knows what else are loving it! You are doing a great job Mama!
