I started working out and paying attention to my eating habits when I was 21 and made it a lifestyle. I will be 51 next month and still feel 30! I currently roller skate, swim and strength train! I have Lupus but thankfully I’ve never been down and sick from it and it’s because of my chosen lifestyle. You are very wise for your age and I love your relatable content.
I am so grateful that you shared this because this is my whole point! If you never changed your lifestyle habits your health would certainly reflect that today. I'm watching the women in my life in their 50's and they can't do half of the things you mentioned without experiencing pain. I listen to their horror stories about their health issues and see how hard it is for them to make the changes now for a better lifestyle. 🐝🐝 I agree.... I personally left my hometown/state in my twenties. It was one of the best decisions I've made. I flourished. Started working, traveled, found a mate, had a child, and lived comfortably. Now 40+ I have a teenager, still happily married, & living very well. My life would not have turned out this way had I not moved away. Like you, I also learned that everyone is NOT solid & loyal... I've learned that when you grow, it makes "friends" uncomfortable, motivated by jealousy, they will betray you. 🐝I totally agree. Do not give people the admonition to shoot you in the back. Talk to GOD!❤

I tried moving to another state..........it was terrible. I wish it would have worked but it was bad bad. Ended up moving back to my home state, and everything fell into place.
Girl! My experience... was not the greatest to say the LEAST about it! I HAD to come back home too, trust me I GET IT! However, I had to release my regrets about the experience at some point. It may not have gone the way I desired but I learned things about myself that I would have never discovered if I would have stayed at home in that familiar environment. That's the takeaway from video. And I don't need to know your story personally to know that you walked away from your experience as well knowing much more about yourself too! Always remember, when we change our perceptions our perceptions change! I'm so happy to hear that things have fallen into place for you. Personally, it took for me to move away to realize how good I actually had it, still no regrets. 💚
