Do NOT go to Atis Bar for anything but drinks. The food is really pricy and NOT good at all... The place is gorgeous tho, truly beautiful.

Nicki, you know I'm back here now because of my feed after doing a marathon watching of Buenos Aires videos on UA-cam. Lol. I found some wonderful channels by doing so & some were really great !! Their passions were amazing & contagious !! Lol. But,for the Buenos Aires itinerary videos ,this is the very best one !! Except for the horse race ,though ! I know you did not mean to promote any animal cruelty ! But,the horse race business is notorious for that !! ( the connection w horse meat business & some were busted for insurance fraud even for having their horses getting killed to collect the money !! ) You might have seen on news of horses getting killed on the spots for their injuries during their races !! I highly recommend this video for 1st timers including myself !! I truly hope I'd be able to visit Argentina 🇦🇷 someday very soon in the future !!! Hopefully w mom !! I bought your guide book a long time ago & enjoyed reading it very much ,just wished if there were pictures also !! Hoping everything is well w you !! Thanks again for this wonderful video of 10 day itineraries of Buenos Aires !! 👍👍💜🥁🐉🎤🎶⚽️🇦🇷💕💞

You know Nicki,I happen to be watching thus again because of my feed ...after watching several other Argentina videos in a row .I found very good channels by doing a marathon watching of Argentina videos !! They were pretty excellent. But,this one is really ,really great one which really helps a lot of 1st timers including myself for my future trip to Argentina 🇦🇷!!! Not sure when, yet ,but hopefully very soon !! Only one thing here ,on the 4th day itineraries, to me ,no horse racing 🐎!! I KNOW you did not mean to promote animal cruelty ,but horse race business is notoriously cruel to horses !! Many have been demanding a banning !! Many are killed for horse meats after stopping producing money for the owners & some even had their horses getting killed for the insurance money !! Many horses have died on the horse tracks for their injuries as you might know ! I had bought your book for Argentina trip in the future & it was very helpful & fun to read / learn more about Argentina, but wished if there were pictures of Argentina, too ! I highly recommend this video to everyone ( minus horse race ! )who wants to visit Argentina 🇦🇷 !! Thanks so much for this wonderful video of well planned / detailed itineraries of 10 days in Buenos Aires !! 👍👍💜🥁🐉🎤🎶🇦🇷⚽️💕💞

Thank you! I've been in Argentina for three over two months,--and your info has helped me make it a great trip. Anyway,--that directional problem with google maps is exactly what happens,--it's counter intuitive. Anywa,--I've paid in dollars and Euros on this trip,--and received the Blue dollar rate,--and even got change back. It's hilarious,--because even at a feria. Good Job!

Missed other zones of Palermo btw... Palermo is big and its not only Soho, Chico and Hollywood... Alto Palermo? Cañitas? Pacifico? Botanico? The zone close to Abasto and Pueyrredon (no sub name... ), etc etc Also missed Urquiza, Chacarita, Saavedra... Could also add Devoto, Abasto, Retiro, Parque Chacabuco, Flores, Floresta, Parque Patricios, Paternal, Villa del Parque. All really good neighborhoods too.

Thank you so much for this video. It helped me organized my trip to Argentina in the last days. You’re spot on, with your recommendations. I went to a lot of places you mentioned, but added some flexibility to discover others. Parques de Palermo, La Biela, Feria de San Telmo and Ateneo Grand Splendid stood out. For the ones I discovered and fell in love… Tres Monos Bar in Palermo Soho was such a great spot! Also Orno Palermo, in front of Don Julio (my favorite pizza in BA).

All travellers either run away from something or try to find something. Also many have said a new country needs 2-3 years before you can tell if the place is for you. Starting a family and working years in a location is what roots you to a place, not superficial ha-ha evenings with unmarried people.

When I saw it was a white American woman, I said before the video started, "100% guarantee she got robbed and now feels unsafe living there;" called it. Also, seeing as how she is from America in a state which is predominantly white in a country built by immigrants for white people, it is no wonder she feels out of place. Argentina is built for Latinos. As an American and afro-latino, I always enjoy visiting latin America as it always feels more like home than the U.S. I am happy to see white Americans traveling as it helps them to feel what it is like for a person of color living in the U.S.

If you’re Asian I’ve found the people in cordoba to be significantly more racist than Buenos Aires. BA has a certain reputation but while you still get the occasional look BA is far more accepting than cordoba in my personal experience. Not many Argentinians have been outside of their country. If you’re from the states this may feel uncomfortable at times. Take that as you may.

Everyone should know that the exchange rate thing has changed a lot either way the new government. Credit cards now use an exchange rate that is close to the blue rate. With the introduction of the 10,000 peso bill, and foreign credit cards useable, there’s no longer a need to carry bricks of cash.
