Hola Nicki, Thank you for the hot tip on the private driver Emilio. We hired him to take us to the Fito Páez concert this Sunday night, and he his cousin is going to pick us up sometime after midnight when the concert is over. Going to be impossible to find a cab after the concert, so your tip was awesome and we have him locked in. Thanks again!
I just came back from a week in B.A. After watching this video, I contacted Marcela Fernandez who is one of the contacts recommended for a English speaking tour guide. Marcella was the BOMB! She worked with me to set up all of our tours and also made restaurant recommendations and even made reservations. She treated my wife and me as her personal guests. Thanks Nicki for recommending Marcela to me!!!!
WOWWW!!! This makes me SO HAPPY to hear! :) I'm glad you had such a great time with Marcela and she treated you so well! I hope others will see such a wonderful review for her and contact her! :)
I wish I’d watched this before I booked my stay! I’m going to Buenos Aires in a couple weeks to meet some online friends. My first big trip out of the country. The English speaking guides and the tip about Western Union really helps a lot. Thank you!
Firstly, your videos are superb👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻Secondly, you are a font of information that makes travel to Argentina feel so easy. Thank you🙏🙏 I can’t wait to visit in February’24
Great info! I mentioned on here before that I have never traveled to a country where there is so much work required to go there! I have been to Australia, Europe and North America and wow, Argentina requires so much thought and prep. I am still going, but definitely will be watching all your videos to prepare.
Hahaha it's true- Argentina is definitely one of the more complicated places I've traveled to (and I've been traveling for 20 years), but it's also one of the most rewarding. I hope you'll find when you go to Argentina that it will all be worth it! :)
Super Video and grrrreat Information! Your Amazon book, I'm gonna get that for sure, written on paper is just something different than"floatng digital "stuff" .-p Maybe you could do a video about the language issue: Like - level of english of the locals - what level of spanish you have to have to be able to communicate - the expat / digital nomad communites, are they intermingling and therefore you can improve your spanish at mixed language meet ups - language courses: 1) by locals, private 2) by locals, language school 3) by expats, maybe 4) cost, efficiancy, linkage to (extended) visa when u book a language class - whats the locals attitude towards "slow / bad" spanish speaking foreigners 😛 keep the argentina stuff comiiiing :-))))
Hi Johnny, thank you so much for your support. It means a lot. Those are also fantastic ideas. However, not being in Argentina anymore, it's gonna be more complicated to do those kinds of videos. Unfortunately, I'm going to be fading out my Argentina content soon as I travel to new places.
I’m coming to Argentina next month. I just learned about Claro from this video. For the tourist package, it’s saying about having WhatsApp, Social media sites. But does this include navigation apps such as Google Maps to get me around the city? I’m a bit confused about that. Also, does it mean I can send photos/videos through Facebook Messenger? Also, thank you so much for all of your videos! Very helpful and relatable.
Hi Nicki. I've checked all your videos and it amazes me that you didn't post anything about Iguazu Falls and Mar del Plata. Have you visited them, or are you planning to do so?
Haha sorry to disappoint 😅 I went to Iguazu in 2005, but not recently so haven’t made a video about it. Unfortunately I never made it to Mar del Plata as much as I wanted to!
Not really. Definitely not on the website. Perhaps you could book a place for a week, and then speak with the owner privately about making a deal off the website, where you could pay in pesos?
Hi Nikki ❤ thanks for sll through good information that you give us about Argentina and I just wanted to ask you about renting house or apartment in Buenos Aires what do they need so I can rent apartment? I'm going there in the end of March with my 2 children

Is there a way to pay for the Airbnb in pesos??
Thanks so much for all the recommendations!
Not really. Definitely not on the website. Perhaps you could book a place for a week, and then speak with the owner privately about making a deal off the website, where you could pay in pesos?
wow
Are you still in BA? Thanks
👍 👍

Hey Candy, thanks so much! Check out my video about finding housing in BA! :)
I am going to Buenos Aries on the end of January 2024. How can I find a safe and trustful person to pick me up from airport to the hotel?
Message Emilio. You can look in the description of this video to find his number.
What about palermo? Is it good place to visit?
Yes, it is! You should watch my other video comparing the neighborhoods of BA! :)
Looking for the right neighborhood in Buenos Aires? Check this out: ua-cam.com/video/Ium075IZ0pg/v-deo.html
im sorry
Districts Flores, Floresta, Liniers, Mataderos de Buenos Aires - avoid visiting. Criminals are swarming there.
Nikki, BA has good cosmetic surgeons. Please do nose job and eye widening surgery. Your face will look “lighter”, younger, and prettier.😊
Wtf 😅
