The ots tune should work, I actually went to dizzy stage 2 the same time I did this along with the intercooler so I let dizzy him know I was going with a vta bov instead of the bypass valve.

@@NoahGaebel I’ve been thinking about the intercooler with the stage 2 dizzy as well. Was it worth it?

@corbwin7703 an intercooler is a very worthwhile mod for these cars as heat soak and temps are kinda an issue. You’re definitely able to squeeze a little bit more out and feel more comfortable without worrying about temps. If you’re already stage one it makes sense to go to stage two

I replaced the clutch with an oem equivalent one.

The rack is a Yakima Baseline Rack, it’s a universal car rack but is fitted for the fiesta. And thank you!

We only got 5 door Fiesta STs in the states haha. No two door fiesta here at all

@@NoahGaebel really i am in the uk? That's weird to me lol fast fords are normally 2 door here.. Only owned a fiesta a week. But I noticed your st was 4 door and was confused.. I was lucky to get a low mile mk7 for free, but it's turbo diesal. So I was thinking of putting a st lump init... but would need sideskirts. Now I know why I can't them in the uk but I seen 4 doors with them. Very interesting. Now I am going to start looking at us spec cars thanks

Haven’t worked there for a few years. They briefly brought up the idea of heritage parts but they never actually moved forward with it. They will probably never rerelease anything for it unfortunately.

You can leave it in, I take it out depending on where the car is gonna be parked. If I’m just going to work and back I’ll leave it but if i’m going downtown or somewhere where I feel it could get stolen I’ll leave it at home. The tune stays flashed with or without it plugged in.

I did not, what you see in the video is exactly what I did during the install. Changing out the pins is all you need to enable the lights

If I remember the wire wasn’t long enough or the resistor was already wired on the outside of the grommet. I’ve had these installed for a year and no issues with the resistor. A few of the LEDs for the brake light on the passenger side have burnt out though.

Yeah it’s a bit of a squeeze especially with that wire, but they are locked in. The ones I have linked in the description work great and worth trying.

They are just about as comfortable as the stocks for daily driving, I would even say a bit better to be honest. They also handle very well in the corners and help keep the car more flat and predictable. Definitely a street/very mild track focused Coilover. I am really happy with them!

Incase anyone was wondering it takes like 10 minutes the first time. I ended up grabbing a 15 amp charger from advanced for $90 to play it safe

I've flashed and re-flashed tunes many times and never needed a charger. A healthy battery can handle it, no problem.

I unfortunately, never put the car on the dyno.

@aspiceronni4462 it definitely gave it more power, but it’s essentially the mazdaspeed protege setup. So realistically it probably made anywhere from 160-180hp

9 days later i have a new COBB rear motor mount, new trans fluid, and tonight i install the shifter base bushings. i’m loving this car, and how easy it is to work on!

I didn’t install the short shifter on my car, the last owner did. But with removing the air box and battery would definitely give you enough space to swap it out!

@@NoahGaebel good to know other videos I’ve seen talk about how difficult It is to get hands down there but none of them took out the battery

Not sure, I bet it would need some modification for it to connect to the downpipe

It was quite the return process so they just gave me $70 back which is about half the price of the taillights.
