Sunz of Man - 5 Arch Angels x Bloody Choices - REACTION #WuTang #SunzofMan
A reaction to 5 Arch Angels and Bloody Choices by Sunz of Man. Shabazz the Disciple totally crushed the first track, in my opinion, no one should have gone after him.

Moody Blues- Tuedsay afternoon Reaction by The REAL JAM
All Balls Don't Bounce was a great intro to Acey back in the day, but this album - and this track, in particular - elevated him to GOAT status. Rarefied air, for sure. Glad you did this vid - more people need to know about Aceyalone's contributions to hip hop.
Please look at "thick as a brick" live clips from 1972 or 1973 when looking at this piece of music! The later years pale in comparison to the original lineup from '71-'75. Do yourself a favor and look at the men who made that album and tour!
This and Bone Thugs n Harmony❤
Coming here late but it's great to see you connect so strongly with the music and the story of this song. It's a masterpiece on so many levels. I'm sure people in these comments have fleshed out the details of the real person it's based on (Owsley Stanley), but the great thing about SD is how the lyrics leave so much room for interpretation, and I love your angle on it. I've listened to this song a thousand times, and it still moves me. It's so cool to see you hear it for the first time and really get it.
That's Larry Carlton on guitar, again, just like in Kid Charlemagne. Yes, he's good.
Larry Carlton plays guitar in that song bro. You're right, he does a lot of different stuff there.
Miss your videos man...great guy!! Bless you bro hope youre doing well
11:08 yes, definetely. This man, chopin, basically invented those kinds of sounds for video games. Like Mario, their sound designers and musicians was heavily inspired by classical music, and definitely took inspiration from chopin. He basically invented these fast growing, chromatic harmonies
Great solo by Steely Dan regular Victor Feldman.
The whole album is a gem.
good video
Larry Carlton...number one call guitarist from the first Crusaders band...check out "Spirial"
My favorite song of all time - an utter classic!

great reaction. Subscribed.
I’m obsessed with this song. I’m a bit scared of my reaction.
SkyDog always takes you higher and deeper than u thought u could go
Right right? RIGHT RIGHT!
I read a skunk Baxter interview many moons ago when guitar was big for me, distinctly remember him saying he used an electro harmonix orange sqeezer. Basically a compressor. Yep came very close to that sound😊
For future reference don't stop the song. It ruins the vibe.
The best live show I ever saw in all my life was Jethro Tull live at the Hordern Pavillion in Sydney Australia. Truly an astonishing performance by a very, very talented group of musicians who were expert in their craft (and also each others - they swapped instruments in what Ian Anderson called the "Round Robin"). Ian Anderson's stage presence and charisma can only be matched by the likes of Elvis, Michael Jackson, or Freddie Mercury.
The actual song covers both sides of the album. You should check it out.
Your reaction to Mos's verse was so pure, reminded me of my first time hearing it. Great reaction.
This song has nothing to do with Black Americans collective fight for Civil Rights in America. Many people think Donny Hathaway wrote the song "Someday We'll All Be Free" about Black Americans and/or the Civil Rights Movement . This isn't true. First, Donny didn't write the lyrics and secondly the song has nothing to do with the Civil Rights Movement or Black Americans in general. It is a song written for and about Donny and what he personally was going through as he fought his demons. On January 13, 1979, Donny Hathaway was found dead on the side walk outside of the Essex House Luxury Hotel in New York City, where he had been living. Since the glass from the window had been carefully removed and there were no signs of struggle, his death was ruled a suicide. The last studio album that he recorded was "Extensions of A Man" in 1973. "Extensions Of A Man" contained the single "Someday We'll All Be Free", which was written by Edward Howard about the mental pain that Hathaway was experiencing. After Hathaway recorded the song, he listened to the play back of the studio cut. Hathaway cried as he listened to the song for the first time. After Hathaway's death, this disclaimer was added to the liner notes of "Extensions of A Man" by Edward Howard: "Donny is no longer here, but the song [Someday We'll All Be Free] gathers momentum as part of his legacy... Donny literally sat in the studio and cried when he heard the playback of his final mix. It's pretty special when an artist can create something that wipes them out." Howard also added: "It was a spiritual thing for me... What was going through my mind at the time was Donny, because Donny was a very troubled person. I hoped that at some point he would be released from all that he was going through. There was nothing I could do but write something that might be encouraging for him.'"
great reaction, thanks mann

This was THE BEST STUFF AROUND! ANd thill is! YOU couldn't buy this; you had to order from Rawkus! And they gave you a free shirt after you mailed them a check for the CD OR Albumb. Hottest song on SOundbombing but the whole thing is fire!
Duane forced him to cut this, Duane's guitar 🎸 playing was unbelievable! They thought Duane was crazy! Wilson got more recognition for that song then Beatles
Fun fact. This song is about Stanley Owsley, San Francisco chemist who made the best LSD for the Summer of Love, the Electric Kool Ade Acid Tests, the Merry Pranksters, Woodstock, etc.. ("Clean this mess up or we'll all end up in jail. Those test tubes and the scale. Just get it all out of here."). He also created the Grateful Dead's "Wall of Sound" stage set. Imagine Marshall stacks 40 feet tall. Weighed 70 tons. And every string of every guitar wired to it's own dedicated amp. Worth a look in Wikipedia.
