Alejandro, I know of no current builder who offers ready-to-wear clone armor. In any case, you'll have to build and paint it yourself to ensure fit. I recommend joining the chat boards for your local 501st Garrison costuming organization and asking around there. They can be IMMENSELY helpful with things like this. Wow, Starkiller! I'm sorry to hear that. I have a size 8 head, and most always have to remove the head rig inside to fit these Black Series helmets on, but the Stormtrooper does fit me. This helmet reflects the pinnacle of quality in the Black Series helmet at the time of its release several years ago and is very good. But, as you mentioned, they have improved the build quality and deco of their helmets overt the years and you can tell. I have approaching 45-50 helmets. I keep all the boxes they come in so that when I need to move them or rotate them through my display, I can re-box them. For the ones that come in pieces, and don't fit back into the original box after you put them together, I went and bought medium sized moving boxes and foam peanuts to move/store them. I don't know of any specific Italian shops that for clone helmets, Iole. I do know that many Etsy sellers will ship overseas. I suggest searching there, and then contacting the seller to make sure they can ship it to you and you should be good.

I agree, Matt. They made some poor design decisions with this one and it really is sub-par. This one and the Artillery Trooper are two of their least impressive helmets. If you're into customizing, this one makes a great base to paint over and make your own trooper helmet. Otherwise, yeah, I don't think this is necessary for any helmet collection. For this one, Lawrence, like many of the Hasbro Helmets, if you remove the interior head rig, it will fit a size 8 head comfortably.

Hey, ChipsNFish! Yeah, if you're into this helmet, it's a good grab at reduced rate. Because, as you can see, it's a straight repaint without any re-tooling. And it seems you and I have the same problem. I have size 8 head and very few helmets fit me. These Black Series helmets are no exception. I too have to remove the rig inside for it to fit. To compensate,, there are a number of places you can buy stick-in or velcro-in padding so you can adjust the fit of the helmet so it will go on your head, but is snug. In the video, I just have it on my head loose with no webbing and no padding since I'm just going to put it back in the box and display it later. Thanks for stopping by and checking out the video!

Thanks, Ace. And yes, I do keep all my helmet boxes. For both practical and personal reasons. For the helmets that come intact in the box, I can re-use the box to move or store the helmet since I have too many to display all at once. The others I keep as well, but mostly out of force of habit. The helmets that come in pieces won't fit back inside the box unless you force them apart (which can be dangerous and break the helmet), so I just end up carting them around. And yeah, as you say, this can consume a lot of space fast. I have a whole walk-in closet full of helmet boxes and more stored above the cabinets in my garage.

@@acerimmer1023 Yeah, years ago when they were called Anovos they had a weird pre-order system that ended up messing over a lot of people. Since they re-branded and got new ownership it's perfectly safe to order anything from them, especially if its in stock. And their helmets are top quality for sure. But if you're in the UK, definitely go with RS Propmasters as their stuff is top tier well.

Surprisingly, Kriscoo, they do normally fit slightly bigger heads I have a size 8 head, which is larger than average, and all these Black Series helmets fit on my head. I have to take the head rig inside out of it normally, but they do fit.

Thanks for stopping by, And yeah, I agree with you, I was able to pick up the Black Series Boba Fett helmet a couple years ago when the re-released it and was a bit let down by the weathering on that one as well. It seemed more like an urban camouflage pattern then real weathering for sure. If you go back in my video catalog, you can see the video I published regarding that helmet as well. And the Captain Rex helmet is by far their best example of weathering for sure. I appreciate you checking out the video!
