It is a good looking helmet, Gforce. And yeah, they announced it way back in August of 2023 right after the Ahsoka show ended. Odd timing, but I am glad it got here WAY early. It wasn't due till October of this year officially.

Was waiting for someone to review this cause I was excited for this helmet. But those seams and the inconsistency with the weathering pattern just ruins it for me. Thanks for covering* this and giving it an honest overview for us!

And although the color scheme on this one is beautiful the overall look of the helmet suffers, as you mentioned, with the weird weathering issues and those two huge seams on either side. Seems your on a roll. Another review😊. Nice new helmet. I found the mandalorian season 1 and 2 Steelbook the other day. When your looking for new helmets or figs your just browsing the internet for them of do you have a preferred company and you get notified when something new pops up?
Yeah, stuff is starting to roll in a little faster now, Michael. I hope it keeps up! And for me, I follow a website/Twitter account for a guy called Yakface. He announces almost all the new stuff as it comes out. Also, there is a UA-cam channel run by my friend Tim called Bossk's Bounty. He does review videos of the action figures, but also keeps close tabs on Hasbro and does "Reveal" videos when they announce new stuff. Finally, I stop by eFX Collectibles, Denuo Novo, Big Bad Toy Store and Entertainment Earth websites several times a week just to browse and see what they have in that's new.
Great review Paul! I like the paint job for the most part but something seems off to me with the overall shape of the helmet. Can’t quite put my finger on it, just seems a little off. The weathering pattern that abruptly stops in those straight lines is something I will never be able to unsee, lol.

This one has more of a "spartan" look and feel to it if you ask me. And yeah, I cracked up when I saw they didn't machine it correctly with the right measurements and the weathering just stops in a straight line to early! haha! Well, this was the first helmet I have ever pre-ordered without waiting for a review and lesson learned to not do that again. I only collect Mandalorian helmets and this is by far the worst. It still looks good sitting on a shelf but once you start comparing it to all the other helmets you can see where they have started to cut corners to save cost. e.g removed the soft padding from inside so you could actually wear this more comfortably. I would still buy it again but not for anything over like $90 considering the mold line issues and the better quality helmets they have previously produced.
Yeah, this one definitely displays better than it does being used as a costume piece, Blue. They definitely cut a corner or two here and left out some details we've gotten used to.
Pre ordered this thing ages and ages ago on Amazon long before it was supposed to come out, never got mine, pre order is still pending. Kind of frustrating that I pre ordered that far in advance and still somehow didn’t get one.
I find that I get items much more quickly from Big Bad Toy Store, and at times from Entertainment Earth. I usually only order from Amazon if the item is an exclusive over there. This is a good looking helmet and when it does arrive, I think you're gonna like it, Zeaig. Here's to hoping it shows up soon!
Yeah, Fizzacles, the interiors of these helmets have come a long way from 0that original Sormtrooper helmet we got all those years ago. It's nice touch for sure.

I got mines today, I'm also disappointed with the head strap. Otherwise it's a nice display piece.

Technically the helmet is visibly shown in the prologue for Star Wars rebels which makes him correct
