Thanks, Michael. Yeah, we take possession of the new house in late December. And of course, I'm looking to document the re-build of the Star Wars room in some fashion, so that should be fun. Thanks for stopping by again as always!
Thanks, Gil. And yeah, you can really go down a rabbit hole of third party providers if you're not careful and it's often difficult to know who is going to have a good product. I was glad I found Empire Essentials. This one does look really good.
Wow I love the design of the tank helmets, the lines on it are so unique and clean. I am going to have to check this company out for my next helmet. The magnets is very cool and unique I really like. Thanks for the sharing your passion with the rest of the community. What a great video Paul look forward to the next one.
Thank you again for the kind words, Ryan! And yeah, this design is one my favorite trooper variants for sure. When they showed up in that green color in The Mandalorian, I was hooked. The guys over at Empire Essentials doing a pretty good job. Their helmets have more of an artisan look compared to the Black Series, so it's nice to have contrast in my collection.
Thank you for the kind words, Brett. And yeah, we take possession in late December, so I have been contemplating documenting the re-build of the Star Wars room as it happens. We shall see! Thanks for stopping by and checking out another of my videos.
I agree, Matt. I thought that was a pretty ingenious way to introduce some flexibility to the helmet. And yeah, I hit the button to turn "off" the camera when I was done filming and ended up with ten minutes of footage of me cleaning up and putting things away "after filming." haha! It sure was fun to drag it all right back out and start over. haha!
Thanks, Mack. And That's a good question. I imagine the Empire manufactures these as glossy or semi-gloassy, but after a bit of use in those cramped tanks, they get dulled down. All the reference photos from that scene in Rogue One I could find lead me to believe they are more of a matte finish like this one. Either way, I agree with you: looks good!
Do you think Empire Essentials or Hasbro has better quality helmets? I’m trying to decide which Armorer helmet I should get, and there’s a 100 dollar difference
It is difficult to compare the two, Toxic, because they are both doing excellent work for what they are, but are completely different products. EE are producing artisan helmets from resin cast molds or 3D printing, and Hasbro is mass producing plastic helmets. They are radically different. I suggest studying the release images from Hasbro very closely. Then compare them to the images EE have up on their website. Then you have to decide what you plan to do with the helmet, which look you prefer, and how much you want to spend. Also, I have the Hasbro version on pre-order and plan to produce a review video for the helmet when it arrives if you'd like to wait to see that. I hope this helped...
Thanks, Chris. And no, I have never purchased a helmet from Cybercraft. When they first started out years ago, they only did wave sales. And thier helmets all looked a little "off" to me. However, for the first time in a while, I just perused their newest website and it looks like the company has blown up. If the helmets they are selling actually look like what they have in the pictures, they might be pretty good. In the UA-cam reviews I have seen, people seem to like them as well, so there is that. I don't have any firsthand experience with them, though.
@@PaulsCollectibles I actually bought one and it arrived broken. They kept their promise and made me a new one free of charge. Personally I love it. I bought the kyber trooper one. It fits my huge head. I just wondered what your opinion was on their helmets if you had one . Keep up the great content.
Nice looking bucket!!!
Thanks, Jespata! They did a good job on it for sure.
Cool video 😊😊😊
Thanks, Die Segeties!
Great looking helmet. The empires great move must be coming soon I see the box’s on the shelf now.

That’s a beautiful helmet, Paul .
I agree, Zombie. It's gonna look good next to my green Transport Trooper helmet on display.
Awesome helmet Paul, I have to admit I didn’t know some other companies made Star Wars helmets also, the final result and look is really good.

Solid! Looks less plastic-y and "toyish" than the hasbro ones for sure.
I agree, Fizzacles. This likes a real helmet that was used out in the field for sure!
I know it’s probably never gonna happen but I reeeeeaaaaly hope Hasbro starts making the full armor for characters, not just the helmets.

Nice helmet. Great review! Congrats on the move. A livestream or video series on setting up the new collection room would be awesome! See you soon!

Nice helmet! I like how the visor is affixed with magnets. Forgetting to hit record while making a video....been there.

Looks incredible and solid construction , awesome review Paul👍
It really does, doesn't it, Cirespeed? These guys do great work. And thank you for the kind words about the review. I appreciate it!
Great Video!! Looks good!!! you can tell its cast in resin.. BTW.. was this not a glossy finish with the original?

Thank you for the reply, definitely helped. I will be looking out for that video if you decide to do that.
Great review, helmet looks good. Paul have you ever purchased from cyber craft?

I hear you on that one, Afto! Collecting helmets is a pain in the wallet for sure!
