60 Minute Yoga Nidra to Enjoy Deep Sleep
Experience deep relaxation and sleep with this 60-minute Yoga Nidra session. This guided meditation will help relax your mind and body and help you drift off into a deep refreshing sleep. Perfect for anyone who struggles to sleep at night due to anxiety, stress of insomnia.
Yoga nidra is also known as Non Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) and is a guided meditation and relaxation technique which aims to create a relaxed conscious awareness whilst remaining awake. The purpose of this recording is to help induce deep sleep but if you do remain awake, you will do so in a relaxed way.

Good info, thanks! I’ve been doing 10 to 20 minute sessions after work daily to help recover from long Covid fatigue. Believe it or not, I do it on one of those pokey acupressure mats, and I get very blissed out most times. Better than when I do either thing separately. Go figure…. 🙃
hi Lori, it's a pleasure! There are some yoga nidra relaxations on my channel which a lot of people are finding helpful. There's also a Hatha Yoga session for COVID recovery which I made some time ago. I did this in a live class and a lot of people benefitted. I may do some shorter ones on COVID recovery in the future 🧘

Not sure why? Were the ads during the yoga nidra or before and after? I can’t stop the ads before and after, that is down to UA-cam. But there shouldn’t be any during it.

I don't pay fo any streaming services but I do pay for ad-free youtube. It's SO worth it. I listen to a lot of meditations and different vibrations/sounds and it's vital to have them uninterrupted.
Thank you for this! I love yoga nidra. I need a few different recordings to kisten to because if I listen to the same a lot my brain ignores the instructions.... I prefer male voices, and British voices, and the combo is rare
