    Good info, thanks! I’ve been doing 10 to 20 minute sessions after work daily to help recover from long Covid fatigue. Believe it or not, I do it on one of those pokey acupressure mats, and I get very blissed out most times. Better than when I do either thing separately. Go figure…. 🙃

      hi Lori, it's a pleasure! There are some yoga nidra relaxations on my channel which a lot of people are finding helpful. There's also a Hatha Yoga session for COVID recovery which I made some time ago. I did this in a live class and a lot of people benefitted. I may do some shorter ones on COVID recovery in the future 🧘
