How to make miso ramen from Hokkaido, Japan 👩‍🍳 Recipe
Hello. This ramen originated in Hokkaido. Now it can be found all over Japan. However, I recommend eating it in Hokkaido. The taste varies slightly depending on the restaurant, but it's very delicious.
You'll be surprised at the number of seasonings, but it's easy to make and very delicious, so please give it a try.
Miso ramen is also popular among instant ramen.
*We use cooking utensils found in Japanese homes and basic seasonings. This is because there are only a limited number of Japanese seasonings available around the world. We also use the same g, which is common around the world.
We wash the cutting board every time we use it. We keep our nails long because we have ingrown nails.
[Ingredients]
Ramen noodles 110-200g
Bean sprouts 50g
Corn 50g
2 slices of roasted pork
Half a boiled egg (or one)
20g butter
50g ground chicken
Leek as needed
Sesame oil as needed
A Garlic 2g
A Ginger 2g
A Doubanjiang 2g
Miso 36g
B Chinese soup base 4g
B Bonito stock 2.5g
B Soy sauce 5g
B Salt 1.5g
B Sugar 8g
B Sake 9g
B Sesame seeds 4g
Water 400g
How to make
1. Finely chop the leeks.
2. Put some water in a pot, boil, then boil the bean sprouts for about 2 minutes.
3. Put some water in a pot, boil, then boil the noodles for the indicated time.
4. Add a small amount of sesame oil to a pot, add ingredients A and stir fry over medium heat.
5. Add the miso and stir fry until well mixed, then add the minced meat and stir fry again.
6. Once the minced meat is fried, add ingredients B and stir fry again.
7. Add water little by little, dissolving as you add it.
8. Once boiling, put the noodles on a plate and add the soup.
9. Garnish with pork slices, bean sprouts, corn, boiled egg, green onions and butter and it's done.

The product is written in a language that is easy to translate, so some technical terms such as cutting methods and heat settings are not used.

    Though there is a lot to be said about making curry from absolute scratch, There is an equal or greater amount to be said about the joy that has been brought to so much through the marketing of easily used curry roux. I am a mid-westerner American and I have two or three such packs in my larder for when I want what I think of as comfort food.

      It's good to have it on hand. Japanese curry is often made at home, and each household has their own variations. Some people add honey, chocolate, coffee, milk, apples, soy sauce, and auster sauce as secret ingredients to their tastes.☺️

      Curry is delicious, but surprisingly, many people overseas don't know about Japanese stew. There are also many people who say they prefer stew after eating it. The recipe is similar and it's easy, except you need to add milk. To make it even more delicious, you can add cheese.☺️

    As always I love your videos! I do have a question, is there a reason why you cooked the flesh of the fish before the skin? I ask because I've always seen chefs cook the skin first and then the flesh

    • @Daifuku_Japan
      @Daifuku_Japan 6 днів тому

      Thank you as always. The reason we start by grilling the fish skin is that the skin has a strong odor, and grilling it helps lock it in and prevents the odorous juices from transferring to the flesh.☺️

    Sorry can I ask what makes Yakisoba noodles especial? meaning why can't I use other types of noodle?

    • @Daifuku_Japan
      @Daifuku_Japan 15 днів тому

      This is because Chinese noodles are made in a way that makes them suitable for soups, while yakisoba noodles are made in a way that makes them more suitable for stir-frying.I think there are many differences, such as the texture and moisture of the noodles. However, cooking is interesting, and there is also a dish called Yakiudon, which uses udon noodles instead of yakisoba noodles. It exists in a previous video. I think there are many cooking methods that make use of the characteristics of the noodles.☺️

    think about it. You have 1.18 k subs yet you so far in this video only have 28 views? Did you buy subs? The ratio of subs to views isn't right . I said to you before that your video at the beginning with the intro of the ingredients is way too long. 28 views so far and other vids have less than 100 - only one video of just under 900 views the exception Change the style of your videos.

    • @Daifuku_Japan
      @Daifuku_Japan 19 днів тому

      By the way, the popular video has been viewed 18,000 times. If I bought it, it would not have been such a number. If I bought it, I would have a lot of subscriptions. If I bought it, I would buy a monetized account. My videos still take a long time to earn revenue. Because there are not enough view times. You are quite rude. Do you know why there are so few? I also feature maniac Japanese dishes. This is because there are many dishes that people overseas do not know. When I watch videos, I search. When do I search? When I want to eat or know about Japanese food, I enter the name of the dish and search. The number of viewers will not increase unless they are searched and subscribed to the channel. I like food from various countries. That's why I make it for people overseas who don't know how to make Japanese food. My videos are not entertainment. They represent a recipe book. I don't intend to change the way I make this video. You are not the only one watching. Some people like this video. If you don't like it, you don't have to watch it. I am not your property. ☺️

    • @Daifuku_Japan

      It's an old technique, but Japanese radishes have a bitter taste, so adding rice removes that bitterness. You can also remove the bitterness from bamboo shoots by adding rice bran. It's an old wisdom.☺️

      The first image serves as an introduction to the dish to be made and an opening. The final cooking video is used as the background to show the finished product and to display a recommended video at the end. If that video is not used, the recommended video will be displayed on the screen when the dish is almost finished, and you will not be able to see the cooking process. Also, the way the dish looks changes when viewed from above and from the side, so it is shown on purpose. If you do not need it, please skip it.☺️

      Even for Japanese people, this is not appealing. However, it is surprisingly delicious when you try it. It has a gentle taste. It doesn't feel like you've eaten anything, so you'll make it and eat it again and again. It is also popular to add seafood or crushed potato chips to this.☺️

    Sugar, soy sauce, and salt… of course, these flavors with flour make for a small treat !

      This was a luxury dessert in the old days. This dish is primarily made of rice flour. It is chunky and chewy. When it is made with wheat flour, it is more bland.☺️

    Oh wow I can see why this is a ceremonial dish, soo much work 😖

    • @Daifuku_Japan
      @Daifuku_Japan 2 місяці тому

      Yes. It's very time-consuming. These are the basic ingredients. There are many other things to add, so it's a lot of work to cut them into flowers or make them look like decorations. But the aroma of this dish is reminiscent of the old New Year.☺️

      I plan to post ramen recipes in the future. Since I post dishes according to the seasons in Japan, I am planning to post ramen in time for the cold season. The earliest I can do so is the end of October. I hope you can wait a little longer.☺️

      Yes. Next, I will introduce Nishime. Nishime is an important dish. As time passed, some people mistakenly thought that Chikuzenni and Nishime were the same dish. Nishime is a dish made on special occasions. I will teach you how to make it easily, but Nishime takes time to make.☺️

    Hey! this looks so good, and I am totally going to try making it. I knew a lot of times hot water is poured over the age-tofu to get rid of the greasiness, is that necessary for this recipe? x

    • @Daifuku_Japan
      @Daifuku_Japan 2 місяці тому

      It becomes refreshing when you pour hot water over it, but you can also use it as is. It's a healthy rice bowl that doesn't use meat. It has a simple, old-fashioned taste.☺️

    woah, 387 videos and only 1k subscribers? UA-cam has been cruel to you

    • @Daifuku_Japan
      @Daifuku_Japan 2 місяці тому

      That's certainly true. My UA-cam channel is like a cookbook. I also want to spread the word about Japanese cuisine overseas, and I'm sending it out to people who want to try Japanese food even if they can't travel. I search for food when I want to eat it. So I think it doesn't have much of a spreading ability. However, cooking is a necessary means for people to live, so I think it can be useful for many years. I believe that time will solve the problem.☺️

    Thank you; this is one of those simple, comforting meals that always tastes good and warms you up somehow. I’m not a huge fan of that many green onions, so I’d probably find some other green to add, likely whatever is left over in my refrigerator.
