- 焼豚(チャーシュー):Yakibuta(char siu)
Hello. This is yakibuta (char siu), which is often used as a topping for ramen. Ramen is a dish that was introduced from overseas, but ramen with a Japanese flavor is popular overseas. Ramen also has a lot of flavors for soup. In the future, I will introduce ramen with various flavors.
*I use cooking utensils that are found in Japanese households and basic seasonings. This is because there are only a limited number of Japanese seasonings available in the world. I also use the global standard g.
I wash my cutting board every time I use it. I have long nails because I have ingrown nails.

That is a great topping and fairly easy to make. I will try the version without a pressure cooker
Yes. Try it with pork shoulder. You can make it a little tougher with thigh meat. If you don't have a pressure cooker, try the recipe in a regular pot.☺️
Thank you. I will be touring in Japan first half of Nov and will look for the ingredients in your recipes in the local supermarkets !! :)
