    Sorry can I ask what makes Yakisoba noodles especial? meaning why can't I use other types of noodle?

      This is because Chinese noodles are made in a way that makes them suitable for soups, while yakisoba noodles are made in a way that makes them more suitable for stir-frying.I think there are many differences, such as the texture and moisture of the noodles. However, cooking is interesting, and there is also a dish called Yakiudon, which uses udon noodles instead of yakisoba noodles. It exists in a previous video. I think there are many cooking methods that make use of the characteristics of the noodles.☺️
