Paused at 6:48. Since you asked for feedback. I think you should have folded to the $10 bet on the flop.
@@Seriously_sirius2 Appreciate the feedback! Yea I think folding is probably the correct move on the flop. Thanks!
I probably would have 6 bet and won, but that's just me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
And that's why you lost with Aces against 35 off suit 🤣

How does villain check back at 13:44
Lol great question I am not sure why
Just the way he showed the Jack you can tell that he is not that good
Brah, the only hand that sucked was the last one. All in without the confidence wasnt gonna force the fold. A call wouldve been the most affordable risk
Dude who didnt raise on A/10 made me sick 😂😂. I only played online poker, but man. I put myself in those shoes and it was like “a flush is pretty rare, plus other guy checked. A/10 should be good for slight raise”
You seem to play abc poker. You seem to know what is happening around you but you’re not taking advantage of the info. You missed a bluff spot with KdQx. You also missed another bluff spot with the maniac with AK and perhaps with his QJ off hand. Sometimes you need to look up the maniac when your radar or intuition is going off and sometimes you need to play back when you’ve given yourself range advantage. Was this a 1/3 game? 15$ raise would be a big open in 1/3 and yet you’re still seeing multi way flops. Additionally you need to adjust to the flow of the game and make bigger preflop raises to punish the stations! It’s good to be deceptive through consistent bet sizing (gto style) but you don’t want to drive the action, called multi way, and not take the pots down which requires larger raises to isolate the shit calls pre and add more pressure to garbange hands post flop by betting. A6 should be punished for calling down and feeling the betting pressure of looking like a muppet for playing that trash preflop. Good luck.
Hello! Thank you for the constructive feedback I really appreciate it! As you pointed out not taking advantage of certain spots is definitely a weak point of mine. This was certainly an interesting game with a lot of LOOSE players. I am working on finishing editing two vlogs right now that I hope to have out soon that I think I played a little better in, and definitely going to work on taking advantage of certain spots (especially spots where bluffing is a good option) in the future! Thank you!
@@ESPPoker you’re welcome. Good luck moving forward. Look forward to seeing your next couple videos with your feeling better about your play. Also, do you ever get up from the table when your not enjoying playing or feeling like you’re not playing well. Check out box breath work-4 count in through your nose into diaphragm, 4 sec hold, and 4 seconds out your nose. Good to alleviate stress, anxiety, and keep calm. I played for a living for 5 years but totally burned out of the game. I was obsessive when I played, never got up from table, played way too long and eventually got sick of playing. After a decade off, I’m becoming interested again, learning some got, and would apply some of the breath work and time off from playing should I ever attempt to play again. Good luck.
@@NPD2024 I do! I appreciate the advice, yea usually if I am frustrated or card dead. I like to get up and just walk around for 5-10 minutes and reset. It usually helps me calm down. When you get back on the felt let me know how it goes!
@@ESPPoker that’s wise! Will do regarding playing again.
k
did you ask permission to film video there or did you just do it?
Just did it, figured it wasn't allowed lol
Thanks
Sometimes you work hard with nothing but losses to show. THIS IS POKER. It's part of the game. Stay focused.
Thanks for the motivational words!!
how did you get permission to record at TS? Last time someone recorded he got thrown out by the floor
LOL I don't get permission. I have gotten pretty good at keeping my filming discreet, but I probably wouldn't have filmed if I knew I would be thrown out haha. How long ago did that happen?
It’s not “The” Turning stone…it’s just Turningstone Casino
The funny thing is I knew this and still said "The" haha my bad
Tough hand with those jacks. Keep posting, but make them from both sides of the spectrum and everything inbetween: wins, losses, and everything else. Stay humble, stay honest. (I play mainly at Maryland Live down in Arundel Mills.)
Thanks for the kind words! I do have 2 vlogs in the backlog id like to get done soon. I haven't been to maryland live in a while but I live somewhat close to it, gotta get back there soon!
Hello, enjoyed the vlog! Question, in one of your previous vlogs I saw you were able to film at Turning Stone! I was told I could not. Just wondering if you were granted permission, or if you just did it secretly. Thanks bro!
Hey thanks for the comment! So I am technically not allowed to film at the Turning Stone 😂Long story short I don't ask to film, I just keep it very lowkey when I do, and I have not had a problem at the turning stone doing this. If you are looking to vlog but keep it secret, I highly recommend resting your phone against like a water bottle or something in a cup holder or against your chips, and try not to touch your phone or look at it while in the middle of a hand. If you have any other questions let me know. Thanks!!
Awesome bro thanks!
2:04 definetly should be betting turn on that hand it’s likely he was looking for a type of draw with K high
Yea I don't like how passively I played this hand. Thanks for the feedback!
Stoll a good call with 500 all in ..you just never know what the flop will bring...
Sorry bro, but you said so yourself, and you are right..."I think I should have bet more.." still, good job with the all in the AA...
Thanks!
Bro, the A9...you gotta be more aggressive. Bet 35 on the turn and 75 on the river...over the long run, you'll make money...these small bet on the turn, 15, just don't make sense in no limit..next game, be more aggressive...see how it goes...I believe you'll increase your profit...hopefully this is what you want ti do...and why not?
On th÷wee
Bro, 1739÷39 vlogs = 45 bucks a vlog....no offense, but if your goal is to make , you got to play AGG!
Yea so the two big things are 1. I had a big downswing where I was not playing well at all or getting good cards, and 2. I NEED to play more aggressive for sure. Something that's much easier said than done for me. I need to get more comfortable being uncomfortable
That first hand, bet 30! Be aggressive! If it doesn't hit, get out....when you really wish you should raise, DO IT!!
1613÷37= 43 bucks a vlog? I'm not sure what your goals are, bro, but 43 bucks win a session doesn't pay for gas and a burger and fries...not criticizing...you have a job, which is cool...all of us are playing to make profit...I suggest you raise more often, and bluff as well, another of expense to make these vlogs for 43 bucks a vlog....again, not criticizing,..but if you want to make more money, try being more aggressive... it's really up to you...if you want, try limit 48 or 816...no limit is for aggressive gamblers...but good luck..
I just make vids for fun! I never claim to be good at poker, just sharing my journey as a poker player. And I am honest and share everything (unlike poker vloggers that just post winning sessions lol)

Hey brother, trying to send you a business email and don’t use Instagram, any email I can reach you at?
1st Hand, bet large on a draw heavy board ($50-60) and jam turn, if he out flopped you, so be it. Make him pay to draw, AQ should be the best a large percentage of the time.
Doug! Wonderful to see a comment from you hope all is well. Yea I played the first hand quite passively. I thought the villain was quite good so I was lacking confidence in that hand. When in reality a much bigger bet on the flop/turn could have EASILY won me the hand. Thanks for the advice!
Pot size bet on the turn. No free card!
Agreed!! Gotta be charging those draws that was a mistake by me
I'm no poker expert, but. 2:00 I would've bet here around 75% of the pot. Too many draws. villain can have KQ, JT, Flush draw, JQ. I woulda called cause im a calling station, but folding was probably the right choice. I'm not too worried about sets here from the villain cause they woulda re-raised on the flop. You've shown strength preflop and that's a board that should at least be a good drawing board for you. If the villain hit a set, they should've re-raised. I think very likely the villain was on a draw. 6:07 I would've bet on the turn as well. No need to slow play. Probably missed out on some value here. Draw heavy board. Opponent easily can have a K or J here. Two As on the board means that they're not expecting you to have an A. They might have KQ on the turn for example and would've called you on the turn. Also you have the flush draw so i wouldn't mind building that pot up. Good intuition on when to fold/bet overall though. I do like how the dealer is using a backscratcher to gather chips.
Hey I really appreciate the feedback! The first hand you talk about I am a huge fan of a big turn bet. Sizing up makes complete sense with all the draws out there (as you mentioned) and yea as a result of not betting it seems there is a good chance he got there on the river. With the second hand that makes plenty of sense too. No need to go massive on the turn in that hand but certainly my hand is a great candidate for 3 streets of value, and as you mentioned if I get raised I have the flush draw as well so it wouldn't be the worse thing. Thanks for the feedback again and I too like the use of the backscratcher to gather chips haha makes it easier for the dealer than reaching far for the chips at the ends of the table!

Just curious why would you waste your time making a Blog so short. This was basically useless
Hey Mike thanks for the feedback, so the big thing for me is I post/vlog every session I play. I don't want to have some unrealistic channel that only shows the times I win/the interesting sessions. On the other hand, this was not a well put together vlog because I did not allocate enough time to play. I will say I just filmed 3 vlogs this week that were FILLED with a lot more action and should be around 10 minutes each at least. I hope you stay tuned for those videos!
