I tried the toiletpaperoilfilter website to see what application your 12mm adapter was used for, it looks like the website is down, I have talked to Ed in the past, bought a few items from him and he was always prompt with a response.
Recent issue with my 1995 Suzuki Swift HB 4cyl 1.3 sohc 5pd purple 223km her name is Smudge! Rear drivers side light i cracked backed into some metal bars at a safeway for trolleys. Wasnt leaking water inio spare tire area for over a year! Now is! Splashes around gets rear seats soaked! Removed drain plugs in spare tire area. Going to replace the light got a used non cracked one! Also have a hole on drivers floor from rust! Will need to cut out the rust and weld in some sheet metal eventually!

Yeah. Unfortunately, I think the tile is toast once you try to move it. It may even now be too heavy. Excellent choice on cabinets and counter. I like what you did there.
@@AshleySpeaks4U I won’t ever move it, I definitely was skeptical about tile in a mobile home, but so far so good and the tenants all love it😀
Nice.
Thanks
top of door is a header so make sure you put the header in right
Yeah I understand that but it’s a mobile home and they are built much differently than a stick built home, at least these older ones with the lightweight roofs, they don’t have any headers really, because the walls don’t need to support much weight.
I'm a Ford man myself but I have to say I'm impressed this would make one heck of a chevy commercial.
Just bought my daughter a 9th gen f150 with the 300 6 and a stick shift, I’m not a Ford or a Chevy guy but I like a good truck no matter who made it.😀
New frig, new dishwasher, new cabinetry. How in heaven’s name was this a $2500 job? Oh, or maybe you bought the mobile home for $2500 and then had a higher budget for the reno? That must be it.
Correct, I paid $2500 for the home, the home was junk but I made the offer to the tenant because the tenant was a major problem for my mobile home park, this was easier than trying to evict her through court. I spent $15k on materials to do the renovation.
I love it live and own 5 trailers very convenient

first you say most of us probably do not know what wind up windows are but than on the radio you do not know that, that hole is for casettes (idk how to spell the last word)
Yeah both comments were made jokingly, I like the roll up window but the cassette tapes were garbage lol
Where did you buy the sliding.. Do you use nails? What size what types a lot of info missing
My local lumber yard was selling this as shop grade T1-11 siding although a viewer did comment that this is not true T1-11, you can see that I am nailing the siding on with a coil nailer, the nails are 2 1/2 inch siding nails, I hope that answers you question😀
My 64 Rambler American flat head 6 came factory equipped with a spin on bypass filter bolted to the head upside down with steel oil lines. Didnt know anything about microns. The oil was always black and dirty. I recently saw filters for it rated at 10 microns.Carquest. when I installed the Frantz the oil went from black to like new. I was hooked on clean oil.
You r just being petty,I could understand if the place was destroyed,u crying about that u petty😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I’m really wasn’t crying, the tenants were crying because of a cleaning fee which ultimately we decided to not charge a cleaning fee even though the floors had grease on them, I asked the tenants to clean more before the check out and they declined to do so. It’s not like I was going to keep the whole deposit just a cleaning fee. 🙄
You might need to align the front wheels. Not sure but that might be a bypass filter that screws on. The Frantz would be a big improvement. A tractor without a loader is only half a tractor. I started with a power up gravity down with a trip bucket.
Yeah many of these old tractors I looked at had the old style buckets, usually trip buckets and I wanted more control than that. I will double check the filter but I believe its just a screw on conversation that’s full flow.
Right on the filter. 54 was the first year for full flow spin on filters on the V8 cars.
The 53 flat head Ford V8 didnt come with a filter It was optional equipment. My 79 Ford 1900 diesel has a Full flow spin on with a Perma Cool universal 189 sandwich and a flat head Ford V8 canister filter converted to use a 4 1/2 inch roll of Scott 1000. The Hydraulic system uses a Motor Guard M 30 and a KN in parallel with the stock strainer in the sump. The fuel has a converted M 60 Motor Guard with Charmin Charmin Ultra Strong.
@@ralphwood8818 I tried to do a particle count analysis, before and after Frantz install on my truck but had a failure that will prevent me from getting the second particle count, I lost all my oil on the Highway when the feed line popped off while passing a motor home, I seen it happen in real time and shut my truck off before the oil pressure hit 0.
When I was working in a full service Standard station a Standard oil engineer pointed to his Frantz and said use one of these and Standard Delo 100 30 W. He said your engine wont wear out and you wont need to drain oil. I found a Frantz dealer. Never worried about particle counts.
The 6 volt starters have heavier windings. 12 volts dont need heavier windings. 12 volts dont need bigger battery cables. Ive done a few 12 volt conversions. Kept the 6 volt starters. My old Farmall H has tires so old and stiff they dont need air.
Yeah I almost think that the battery cables are replaced with smaller gauge wire that is fine for 12 volt but not heavy enough for the 6 volt so that’s why it won’t crank over very good.
8% on your 40k for how long?
As long as I keep my stake but I believe they changed the terms for new users, my $40k is now worth over $130k
Nice job! What was the total cost of the renovation?
I spent $15k on materials, all the work was done by myself 😀
Good idea but why wd u paint it grey? i wd paint it light tan with a white ceiling. grey makes it look like a prison cell, and NO ive never been to prison. tan walls with furniture and plants make it look like a vacation cottage, very appealing...
Yeah some people don’t like it but most people like this color a lot, it’s a blue gray, I should try a different color next time, 😀
Total base number or TBN is something you dont need to worry about if you change the filter and add a quart of new oil at a normal interval. My Pontiac has only 208.000 miles and doesnt use oil. I change the toilet paper about every 6.000 miles and add a quart of new oil. You know you dont have an acid problem if the dipstick isnt rusty and acid isnt damaging the inside of the Frantz. Normally in a modern engine the toilet paper doesnt clog up with sludge unless the engine has been badly neglected. I changed the Frantz every 12.000 miles with no oil drains in over 250.000 miles. A Caterpillar lab manager sent me a sample kit. He suggested every 6.000 miles. I was bragging about it on UA-cam. It used the Frantz adapter that eliminated the full flow filter.
Why not go over top of aluminum? Aesthetics? Im thinking of putting new siding on my mobile home that already has metal siding.
Mostly because I was fitting all new windows and doors and most of my siding was gone, it was just easier to remove it in my situation, you might be able to go over the top without a problem.😀
Hey omg haha I was looking into how to do this and I recognize you from Tonasket. Wow hey is there anyway I could borrow that from you or I can rent it.

"Don't lose your Kool-Aid" is the best line. Your video is helpful; that is now how I plan to level mine!
Lol yeah this is the best easiest and cheapest way that I have seen, it’s probably the most accurate way to do it as well, good luck getting yours level 😀
You're really good at this. Also, we can tell that you're a bit freezing ! 😊 It looks brand new..
Yeah gotta keep working to stay warm.😀
Why wasn't the refrigerator in the refrigerator spot? Was it too big a refrigerator for it?
Yes I thought it would fit but it was just too big to fit.😀
That isn't dry wall, it's paneling and the bathroom and kitchen are board and Batten
The home is drywall except in the hallway where someone put a few pieces of paneling over the drywall because they didn’t want to patch drywall. 😀
Gray.
What color do you like ?
To tell the truth, green. I know. It just seems every mobile home video I ever see, it's gray, gray ,gray,. I'm sick of it. I like wallpaper too. I know the trailer was run down and had to be redone, but it looked warm and cheerful. Now it's a gray blob. And one more thing, I would have spackled the cracks in the paneling before painting them. Done it more than once, with great resulþs.
@@reginawhitlock4227 only the hallway was paneling because someone before didn’t want to patch drywall.
Why didn't you install a moisture barrier to prevent dry rot prior to installing the siding?
Yeah you should install vapor barrier if you think you need it, they are not for keeping water out but keeping the condensation from a heated interior from collecting on the siding due to heat transfer, I used insulation that had enough of a vapor barrier for my climate so I didn’t bother with tyveck or plastic. But you should do what you like if you are installing siding on your home.😀
(I don't talk until at least noon.) 😂
That’s not a bad policy 😂
I'm in my 40 year old office trailer turned tiny home, feeling just a little insecure about what has been protecting me from the elements for the last 30 years. BUT, I'm also feeling like it's not such a big deal to take stuff apart & fix it. I do need to find a video on how to stop roof leaks in a sheet tin roof, though. I did Silver Dollar roof coat years ago, and it eventually cracked, so now I have to scrape it all of and go from there.
I use the Henry 100% silicone roof coating, I have used it on 3 homes and it works very good. It’s a lot more expensive but it’s worth it if it lasts longer.
We just did our roof with oh henerys at home depo. The only part that won't stick is where the tin is bowed in so the water sits on it.
@@mischelemiller5020 I think the pure silicone product will work even underwater, just her a gallon for that part of the roof.😀
The siding doesn't overlap ? What keeps water from getting in?
I caulked it
Would love to move this to my own land
Maybe you can find a nice one for sale 😀
have the dimensions for materials to make that adapter for the motor?
I never measured it I just welded 2 pieces of angle iron together that fit inside the anchor then I marked the holes and drilled some holes for bolts, I just used any scrap metal I had laying around 😀
@@frugallandlord6974 thanks
Hello, I'm not sure if you will see this seeing how the video was released over a year ago. I moved into my first mobile home last year and I need to level it and I'm going to be 58 (f) next month. I will be tackling this all by myself. What diameter is the hose? I thought it looked about 3/8". My second question is do you have any pointers? I bought two jacks and now after reading the replies I will now be buying a rubber mallet.
I think it’s 3/8 hose that would work just fine I use 8 ton bottle jacked with a thick plate to distribute the weight and not bend the frame of the home. Try to start with the jug of water at the highest point, you could even make it the highest point intentionally, we are just talking about 1 inch or so. you can definitely do this by yourself, it’s harder if the skirting is on, any questions you have just ask away😀
Wow, I thought this would never be seen LOL. There is no skirting so that's a plus and there's plenty of room for me to get under there. And yes thank you for letting me know about putting something between the Jack and the frame so that it does not bend!
@@wendy101b.9 yeah I use a thick metal plate and a piece of 2x4 lumber sometimes wood against the frame and the metal between the wood and the Jack, metal prevents the Jack from sinking into the wood and splitting it. Good luck and feel free to ask more.😘
