Yeah it’s rough but actually pretty solid, subfloor is mostly good except maybe a few small areas, not a bit deal though, I do actually have an extra furnace.😀
I think it's a go! You redo the inside most of the time. It needs walls, doors, and heat and air. The wood stove would not heat the whole place. God only knows what the guy was trying to do with it. Rooms are nice size even with walls put up. Solid floor seemingly. Will you keep the add on?
Yes, it would be worth moving! Great job. My only suggestions would be viinyl tiles, or composite flooring for warmth instead of tile, and white cabinets instead of the builder's grade brown. I'd also lose the bump out.
i say yes you rock. It's worth $1,000 just to have it moved, preferably a project on the side because it will take a while to get it livable I like the layout in general. How far is it being transported? How are the floors? By all means keep those extra panelings!
It will definitely take some work but it would really be nice, the siding could be repainted, looks like You could use most the decking I like it, plenty of room. Does it have three bedrooms, and does have two baths? It really be a nice one, a Lot of work for you, too bad can’t leave it there, work on it, sell it and walk away, gives Keyes to the new owner. Good luck👍👍👍👍
It really seems pretty good. The bump out takes it to the next level. I’m going to put an offer in on a 1969 windsor with a bump out. What are your thoughts on a heat pump / ac unit?
I’m not sure yet, I do have a spare electric furnace but I’m not sure how good it works but they are simple to repair. I do have a few mini split AC units in rentals and people like them so far, it doesn’t get the bedrooms cooled down all the way on the hottest days but 95% of the time it’s cold enough, I might try 1 size bigger on the mini split since this is a little bigger home, good luck with the offer I hope you get a good deal.😀
I am confident you can do the necessary repairs and cosmetic improvements to make a profit off of this if you still have 10 spots in your mobile home, by putting in good homes in those spots, I think overall your increasing the value of your mobile home park?
Yeah for sure, I may never sell the park, who knows, but I do plan to sell the homes, but only after I get tired of being a landlord, good to see you.😀
Yeah, I have a good mover, that’s how I get good deals, because I can get them moved quickly, I have axles and tongues that I can put on before my movers get there so I can have it ready to go, cash is always helpful for sure.😀
I love living in mobile homes; I’ve had 3 different ones over the years. But I much prefer the older ones and it’s almost impossible to get them into a park. Which is stupid if the home is attractive.
Yeah many parks have limits on how old the homes can be, I can definitely understand why they do that though, I own a small mobile home park and the homes are all old, so I can’t really say newer homes only 😂
Yeah, I think the story was that the property was foreclosed on by the property owner, so whoever was working on it was kicked out and the property owner didn’t want this mobile home on the land anymore. 😀
It will take alot of work...but will be a money maker.....hugs
Yeah it’s definitely going to be a lot of work, from what I see it seems structurally solid.😀
Definitely worth it! This will be a great home 🏠
Yeah, I think so too😀
Now that is ruff!
If the floors are solid and you have an extra furnace lying around, then go for it

It needs moved about 32 miles, the floors are not too bad overall, obviously the floor coverings are trash, good idea to keep it as a side project 😀
@@frugallandlord6974 Let me know if you change your mind! I'll take it otherwise.
@@regionalunityproductions6204 I’m going to get this one, looking forward to it.😀

3 bed 1 bath, it will most likely go into my mobile home park as a rental. Thanks for the visit.😀

If you have room in your park it would make you money. I would lose that front entry if it's to hard to reattach. Looks good. Nice project
Yeah I have about 10 more licensed spots but they are not completely built out yet, I will have to see what’s involved in removal of the tip out.😀

4:28, I think that bathroom vanity is the nicest thing in there.
Yeah it’s the only thing that might be usable
For the price of mobile homes is outrageously it needs a little work but very well worth the taking and make a great home.
Yeah I agree housing is just so expensive, I hope I can turn this one into a nice home for someone.😀
@Enoch-nn1id what doesn’t make sense?
Strange in my area. The mobile home mover supplies the dollies. They cant use original axels and wheels. Because the brakes most likely dont work.
I do all of that to save money, otherwise the movers could do it.
I always get good deals when I pay cash.

@@frugallandlord6974 I hear it’s beautiful up there.
Nice size.
Yeah I think I can save the tip out also.😀
It's a go Houston !!
Lol, thanks 😂
There is a housing shortage - save this home from the land fill.
Good point my friend 😀
It’s a nice one I think you should get it 👍 fix it up it will be worth it
Yeah I think it’s fixable for sure
I like the floorplan.
Yeah I like it too.😀
Go for it!
Yeah it’s a good deal to me so I can’t pass on it.😀
Definitely get it. Looks like a money maker
Yeah it’s definitely fixable, gonna get this one😀
I like it an i think it has alot of potential
Yeah it’s not too bad and the price was right.😀
Work your magic.
I wish I could use magic Lol
Repair everything and sell it will make a nice home for someone
Yeah I usually keep them as rentals but you never know 😀
Looks like someone started to work on it and gave up.

Yeah, can’t beat the price.
Yes
Awesome I’m happy to know that people can see some potential 😀
