My father used to do the roof on the house that they owned the two family that had the tenants upstairs. I said, in a previous video that you reminded me of my parents when they were young I hope you have a happy Thanksgiving, and merry Christmas and a happy new year you are a beautiful family. Your wife is a doll and your son is precious.🎉❤🎉

Looks sufficient! Is rentals your full time business or a side business for you?

It’s a side business but I make more with it than my day job although I don’t take a wage from my rentals, not until I quit my day job.

That’s awesome. I respect your work ethic. I’m kind of in a similar boat. I’m a contractor and been buying rentals for about 6 years. Not paying myself yet and putting it all back into the properties to retire early. Where are you investing mainly?

@@aaronpaxson4133 fixer uppers are the only way I have been able to even come close to a cash flow situation, but I eventually refinanced to 15 year mortgages and now I’m getting close to having it all paid off, I’m in the northwest, I have invested in a lot of areas but I recommend sticking to a 1 hour radius, good luck on your journey.😀
