Fixing frozen busted pipes

After severe cold weather I had multiple broken pipes to fix, in this video was not my home but someone who rents a lot, he didn’t have means to fix it himself so I helped, I was scared to go under the home because the home looked unstable on the piers and some piers even missing, I was able to fix the broken pipe and at least make it so he could use his water again.
