I think you can get used to cilantro and even appreciate it. When I first tried it, I really didn't like it. Then, about a year ago, I started to try it again and I'm not disliking it anymore but it's taken a year of perseverance.

If you mix your cocoa powder with a tablespoon or two of water it will mix in much more easily than trying to put dry powder into the milk.

I made a beautiful sourdough starter. BUT I don’t think I make bread enough, I use so much flour feeding my starter it doesn’t feel like it’s worth it. I may try again though.

I love both your sister’s recipes and enjoy watching what they make, you are lucky to have them and learn from them. The bread you made looks fabulous, Ive never made homemade hot chocolate on the stove myself but I have to. Which sister do you buy your meat from? That’s great

I bulk make plain and herbed sourdough pizza crust and store them in the freezer and pull out a couple each time we want pizza. I also bulk make sourdough waffles/pancakes and store those in the freezer for a quick dinner.

I love how you aren't afraid to try new recipes. I wanted to let you know when you buy a mango you need it to be red and yellow in color for it to be ripe and taste delicious.

I love salmon. I buy my wildcat salmon at Aldi’s. I prefer wild caught to farm raised raises, fed, hormones, and antibiotics and of course wildcat is not. Aldi has the best prices for salmon.
