I've always said since the start that Mira is 100% inside the Imaginary Number Domain. I think you are spot on or at least very close with your assumptions. The only thing I think you got wrong is that the Ganglion don't know how Samaarians look like. They must know, because the game implies that the Pioneer plaque we sent to space in 1972 is what clued them in about New Humans and their location. I have a lot to say but I'm short on time, I'll post later.

For real. There’s no way for Saga and X and Gears to fit together without something breaking. Being a Transformers fan, this type of direct references are natural to me. Not every Optimus Prime is the same Optimus Prime, and not every Coalition Government is the same Coalition Government.

That interesting, but there is one problem with the idea Noah came from the afterlife to get Mio, if they are already united there why come back? And also it is mentioned by Z that Noah and Mio still exist beyond homecoming which means that Noah and Mio reincarnated after Homecoming and were not outside the system, the thing is that broke the system of escaping in the cycle at homecoming, which means another admin made them stay in the cycle. The body of Mio in that scene was just a recently desist Mio, so Noah had breath it in , as in using the pneuma, which means breath, to give it life. I. E giving up the Ouroboros power.

Incredible work! I really hope we get an official explanation at some point for all of these! I don't know how much content we can expect from DE but I want them to answer at least some stuff while teasing a sequel.

Absolutely fire video! All of it makes also a lot of sense. I'm still curious on which direction Takahashi will eventually go, but I think January will be the time for more XCXDE infos :D So I can't wait to see what's to come!

Im so glad there's someone theorising about X past literally the first cutscene in the game. Like I know people want it to be related to the main series but all I see is them trying to shoe horn the intro of earth being destroyed into the klaus experiment despite everything being different. I am of the opinion theres a connection but more in the sense that its a different universe/earth but mira has some relation to lost or destroyed worlds like a cross dimensional version of those trash islands in the ocean where the tides converge, with some reason that point in space is special

I would love to see a story about Z’s takeover of Origin. Like maybe Aonios was some kind of utopian limbo for the souls to live in a they wait for the worlds to reset. Having Mythra’s child as the main character would be a huge cherry on top. In fact, throw everyone in there! I wanna see the whole royal triple-queen family. I’m cutting it here, because if I let myself go any further, I’ll go forever.

Lin mentioned her perents died in an engiene related accedent. Culd it have been the darkmatter engiene that killed them? Culd them dying compleatly halt the progress on those darkmatter engienes? Is that why they seamingly was never used?

Really great video! Seriously, the majority of what you said seems super logical to me. It's awesome to see such an in depth look at how the universe of X might work that is actually based on the game and it's supplementary material instead of wild guessing. It really does make X feel like an episode of its own version of Perfect Works. My favourite part of this video is probably your thesis about the Vita causing phase transition events. It's spot on, from what I can tell. It perfectly explains how the Ganglion arrived on Mira prior to the White Whale, Luxaar hoping to escape from Mira with it, and the Vita breaking through the Trion barrier. But a small correction (at least, I think): I don't think the com device text is about an ark ship like the White Whale. Instead, it describes a battleship, more geared towards fighting than the ark ships we see in game. In addition, the stated length of 540 meters is a lot shorter than any ark ship would be. So, it doen't proove that the White Whale would have a stealth system or phase transition cannon. I think that the com device text is a remnant of a time in X's development where the humans were supposed to more actively fight against the Ghost, which didn't make it through the story changes. Nonetheless, I agree that the White Whale (and probably all ark ships?) is powered by DM engines. Also, I'm not sure if the Ghost arrived on Earth to destroy it or humanity. They could have meant to just fight off Ganglion/Samaar. Although, as you say, since Elma doesn't seem to know about Ganglion or Samaar, that would mean that she couldn't be Ghost. There is also the possibility that Elma just knows Samaar under a different name. The original Samaar might have called themselves differently. This would explain how Elma knew "that war would come to earth" while at the same time not recognizing the name Samaar. Because of the pioneer plaque, I agree that to destroy humanity seems to have been the goal of the Ganglion (or the Samaar Federation, I don't think we really know, if it's one or the other in the game's intro; but there likely don't remain any original Samaarians in the Federation, as you say, they are probably mostly extinct). Anyway, I really enjoyed this video, awesome breakdown!
