Hello there! I just got the propel endeavor S3, the thing is that I over spined the Tension adjustment ring and the shock absorber is over the thread now, so I cant find any tool for getting the shock absorber to its initial position. Do I have to get a new shock absorber? 😢

1:40 I'm not able to install the circuit fixing plate correctly. I don't know what to call it, but it's that half circle pad that's in the center/in between the fixing nuts that's blocking it. Any suggestions how to remove it or fix it?

Hello, on the right rear wheel, I have a problem removing the block + the wheel. Let me explain: when the wheel is screwed, it is notched in the gear. when I unscrew the main screw and push on the axle while performing the movement, this causes the wheel to come out of its notch and spin in a vacuum. This way or the other nothing happens. Any clarification on the procedure to follow please?

I just got my skateboard and it’s a ton of fun. Unfortunately I have fallen off twice 😂 not funny because I got hurt but it’s so worth it 😂 buying the protective gear soon lol I find that the tires get used pretty fast wish they were so expensive.

Great product, I love the board. But the customer service is non existent. I recently ordered 2 light kits for my boards but they only sent one. Trying to get ahold of someone to remedy this issue, but still to this day no one has returned my emails. I’ve been reaching out to the at least once a week and still no reply. Buyer beware if you need help they will likely never respond.

I have been having trouble getting the bearings out of the wheel assembly. Ended up driving a screwdriver through the bearing itself, breaking it. Going to try and use some penetrating oil to loosen it up and try again... Won't be riding until I get my replacement bearings in and swap em out.

Hi, I’ve bought a board from propel ev and it arrived five days ago. I drove it twice. The first time I drove about 2/3 kilometres and the battery died without any warnings, I thought it was because I didn’t charge it when it arrived, so I put it on the charger for like five hours. Today I decided to drive again but unfortunately the battery died again after just 3/4 kilometres again without any warnings. It’s a little cold outside but it’s not under the zero. What is the problem and what should I do now? It’s pivot gt 2in1

Hey thanks for the video I’ve had an endeavor pro 2 for a bit I wanted to make some changes but I’ve lost track of everything I’ve done with the board and now it feel unbalanced and unstable at high speeds. Is there anyway to reset the board so I could atleast be able to ride it normally?

TRANSCRIPT: Older remotes: right button says “Reverse”, newer remotes have “Speed”. Same meaning below, i.e. “right (not Power) button. “Throttle” means “thumb wheel” below. On/off: long press power button Change forward speed: short press Speed button. Cycles through Lo, Mid, Hi, Pro. Pro has same top speed as Hi with stronger braking & acceleration. Change braking speed: hold throttle in “brake” position then cycle through options with Speed button. Reverse: press Power button twice. Lower left changes from FW (“forwards”) to BW (“backwards”). Cruise control: single press Power button while in motion - when throttle is released the board continues at the set speed until the rider accelerates or decelerates again. Hidden menu Turn remote off then long press both buttons simultaneously until it turns on. On S, only 2 options appear. Use throttle to change speed units from MPH to KM/H. Press Speed button to move to Wheel Speed settings. Use throttle to change number. For Endeavour S, 8 inch wheel has speed of 80 & 7 inch is speed 65. Use Power button again to exit the hidden menu.

My Endeavor GT won't turn on for some reason. I drove it a week ago and it was perfect. Today I charged it for a little bit then went to the trail but it won't turn on. The remote control turns on and vibrates every few moments, can you help me with this please

Great vid Russ once again but i am a bit confused because here is what the Propel website says: - Each END2 Hub requires 2 * wheel bearing (6001). - Each END2 Wheel Pulley requires 2* wheel pulley bearing (6902z). So the all 4 hubs need (6001) bearings..they have a black side, this makes sense since all 4 hubs (Bravura) are identical the 6902Z are for the pulleys not the hubs.. That would need a confirmation please because on your video we clearly see you installing a 6902Z in the hub.The one you remove is black sided and the one you put back is silver sided like those on the pulleys. Am I mistaking here?
