I took my board camping expecting to have a blast on my endeavor s but as soon as I took out the board. I got a small pebble stuck in my belt. Shredding the belt (first day of camping). From now on I’ll be examining my belt before every ride and carrying extra belts. Lesson learned you can never be too prepared.
Hello, on the right rear wheel, I have a problem removing the block + the wheel. Let me explain: when the wheel is screwed, it is notched in the gear. when I unscrew the main screw and push on the axle while performing the movement, this causes the wheel to come out of its notch and spin in a vacuum. This way or the other nothing happens. Any clarification on the procedure to follow please?
My propel endeavor s 2 has issues with breaking. It very jerky when I come to the tail end of a stop. No matter which break setting I am in. Is this a belt adjustment issue?
Hi please help. My back wheel wont come off. I took the nut off and tried pushing on the truck n pulling the wheel but it wont come off? Any other screws I need to undo?
@@propelvirtualgarage963 Ok I will try again. Is it safe to wash the gunk and dirt off of the spring coils with the water hose? The metal parts will not get damaged, drying them quickly of course?
@@highestvirtue1892 You CAN but they clean pretty easily with a wet rag I find. Also, dont be afraid to add a little grease to the axle to assist in getting the wheel on and off
@@propelvirtualgarage963 I tried to get the back wheel off because I got a pebble under the belt, but my wheel will not come off. I tried to put pressure on the axle and pull on the wheel while turning but it refuses to come off. I did get the pebble out without ever taking the wheel off but I am worried one day the belt cracks and the wheel will refuse to come off so I could change belts. Is there some other secret screw that I need to undue?
The bracket that the motor is mounted on is likely bent, or warped. Same with my 3s. On one side, makes belt come off of the wheel sprocket pulley a few MM Trying to bend without removing the stuff but I’m prob needing more
Are you going to be offering pets out of your garage in the US. I looked at getting a spare antenna from Propel is was a couple bucks but 35.00 in shipping.
@@propelvirtualgarage963 the rear right wheel. The left came off easily just like the video. Think something is warped. Kinda unfortunate. I was eventually able to get the right one off but I think it needs some parts before it can be put back together. Otherwise whatever is warped will get even worse and I may not be able to get it off the next time
@@possiblyunhealthyobsession9794 I really doubt anything is warped, they have very tight tolerances, you need to "work" it off, puilling while rotating at the same time, thats why a proper work station, where the board can be secured, is such an advantage. A little grease on the axle before putting it back on will help it come off easier next time

Although there is no belt tensioner on the Pro2, the process is the same for installing and adjusting the belt.

I don’t plan on paying the $65 in shipping for the part. What is the width of the belt so I can get them else where?
I dont know which board you have but the sizes are printed on them
what is the belt width as 405-5m is length and timing. what the width 15mm? also wouldnt mind a center mounted toolkit that stores 3 emergency belts.
Did you ever get an answer for this? Thanks

no but notice the technique I use in the video. Thumbs on end of axle, fingers pulling tire. Push with thumbs, pull with fingers and turn it as you
go

@@highestvirtue1892 There is nothing left holding it on if you have the axle nut off. Turning the wheel as you pull is a huge help
Can you recommend a gear drive that works with the endeavour series?
I cannot as I wouldnt suggest anything we havent tested first
I wish we got the tools needed to work on the board, with the board. :/
Is there a correct belt tension? How much play should it have. Cheers
Nothing exact, its just by feel. You want them tight but not super tight. The belt tightening video is coming soon
What is your website for purchase?
So I don't know what I did but for some reason my belt is rubbing up against the frame

Pets? No. Parts, yes,lol
@@propelvirtualgarage963 That would be great. Ordering from China isn’t feasible cost wise or timewise right now
Where do you get those binding and did you haveto remove the deck to put on the hardware? Thanks
Yes but the Pro can only accept half hook bindings (from summerboard or Freeboard) cant use a full binding or you'll damage the battery
Those look just like summerboard bindings.
Do you ever add locktight to the wheel nuts?
No
What’s the bearings size used
6001 and 6201
I have a 2 s and it doesn’t seem to be coming free. Any suggestions are welcome
What exactly isnt coming free?
