Construction and renovation seems on-going like from the beginning LOL. Changi airport is constructing T5 - biggest terminal. Jewel is just like a typical mall in Singapore. It connects to the main airport terminals with some extras fun stuff for tourists and locals. Unlike most airports, for years locals like visiting the Changi airport on a normal day and not just for travelling purposes. There are more food and things to explore in each of the terminals.

Not everyone likes pickled eggs, but there are those of us who do. I haven't tried Buc-ee's, but I might some day. My favorite pickled eggs taste like potato salad.

Another fellow Minnesotan! I'm surprised the taco place didn't have any venison or bison on the menu. I think that would make it a little more Minnesotan IMO.

I ate at Hometaste last night. They have a fried rice dish with BBQ pork and smoked eel that's a really delicious combination I've never seen before anywhere else. Next time I need to try those crepes you got.

That produce market was amazing! The only time I've seen carrots like that was at an organic farmers market I San Fran and they were probably the best carrots I've ever had!

That produce stand in the beginning was just gorgeous!! Oh my gosh! It had to be hard to come home to poorly lit produce stores after that 😂

Unfortunately OMC Smokehouse is a bit hit or miss and the last couple of times I went there it was pretty bad. The smoked chicken wings were as dry as beef jerkey.

The pulled pork is awesome.

I had Hungry Hippie Tacos when they first opened in Grand Marias and before I had to go gluten free. It was so good. Love me some frybread!
