Thank you for putting this up I know it was 8 years ago now but at 23 with spastic CP I still struggle with the psychological aspects of have this disability and to know that someone out there has gone through similar situations. All love.

Hello Jake Oliver! just ran into your video, (Feb 24, 2021), and find it very interesting. You seem to be a rather strong individual. You seem to have a handle on dealing with life as you have to. As I guess that goes for most everyone. You never know what others are going through. But you, you are impressive, and a lot of that, in MHO, is you age, maturity, and your energy. This particular video is dated Aug, 2013. some eight (8) years ago. Oy vey. Please update us, (well, at least me), on what you are doing in 2021. Man I have spastic hemiplegia... so the whole left side of my body is screwed up. Most of the time I’m okay, but aging sucks. I’m 30 and have the back pains of a 60 year old.

Keep ur head up. I’m 44 yrs old and I know that kids are mean. Just keep going with ur head held high. There are good people out there. I have a mild case of CP. I know it’s not easy being a kid and going to school.

I have cp as well same as yours. I can totally relate to you. I get tired really quickly as well. After a long day of work I am exhausted. Lose my balance really easily and have fallen so many times. Now I have a lot of back problems herniated disks. Also I just found out I have a spinal deformity (flat back ) lack of curvature in the spine. I hear what you're saying on like a spiritual level? haha my main fear is turning into a pillar of salt, like lot's wife, if I focus on what's behind me and/or get stuck in a rut. I thank God every day for the gift of learning. I feel like a good way to keep out of the mire that is the Rut is to always make sure you're learning something everyday, but as a Ravenclaw, I'm a nerd that way. Jake, I would love to watch more of you. I am going to show my step son. He is in a power wheelchair, with limited mobility, is 31 yrs old, but is the most positive guy I know. He is able to volunteer and connects with people every day, but socially getting out with friends his own age does not happen a lot. He loves sports, music, playing cards and talking on the phone. Are there more vloggers that you know. I would love for him to connect with a CP community. I hope you are still vlogging, you are a great guy.

Cool video dude. So you've never used a wheelchair or crutches for your CP ? The actor in Breaking Bad actually had his legs and feet stretched and twisted when he was growing up , to help him to walk "normal" I hate that word. Do you have friends with different types of CP ? Are they all non CP ? 👍👍
