Jakeyyy! Great video. I completely agree with the sentiment of this video in terms of the channel being a big focus on CP. I've always been torn about whether or not I wanted to get totally in to the topic myself because then it does become a huge defining factor and something that you spend a lot of time thinking about. And I almost feel like I spend enough of my time thinking about CP in day to day life and I don't know if I want to make it some sort of extra-curricular subject as well LOL! That's why I haven't made any videos lately either. Then again, being part of a support network for yourself and other people is always great, so I'm sure I'll get back in to it when the time is right. :) Hope you are having an awesome new year!

Hey, yay you're back! Can't wait to see more vlogs from you soon. I totally get what you mean about being you're self and not just CP. I plan on making a variety of videos this yeah, as I stated last year with the outfit of the day videos. Just mix it up with the advocacy stuff. You're hair is getting so long!! Maybe you could talk about your hobbies, surgeries, fav music. Like get to know you vids :)

Hi Rachel! To answer your questions, yes I did utilize PT when I was younger and am still going as often as I can today. Your son should try to go as often as he can as it will only benefit him and it is better if he starts as early as he can. And I have never blamed my mother for my CP. It is no one's fault, as bob marley once said "what is to be must be" that is what I believe when it comes to my cp and in all other aspects of my life! Peace & Love to you and your son! Take care!

Hi. Thanks for sharing. My son has mild CP. He's 2 years old. He wears orthotics to walk better and also has fine motor skills issues. Do you have fine motor skills issues? Did you utilize physical therapy? Till what age? Hard question for me to ask but here goes...do you blame your mom for you having CP? I'm so worried my son will blame me. I really want to thank you for sharing your story. It really is helping me. It's giving me insight on maybe some of the things my son will be going through in the future.
