TWSBI offers a needle that you can attach at the point where the unscrewed nib unit attaches. Then you can fill the pen with the needle. Might be a good investment if you regularly use ink samples :)

To get a fountain pen to write faster, I dip the tip in the same ink I'm using. 😊

I know I'm late to this party, but want to add an olive ink for everyone to consider if you love these colors. Noodler's "Burma Road Brown" is close to Monteverde Olivine, though I like it better than Olivine. The name is so misleading, as it's definitely green and not brown. Give it a try, I think you'll love it if you love olive inks.

As far as creating wise, the possibilities are endless with this thing and I absolutely adore mine. First purchased back in 2017 to go travelling with who is now my ex fiancée,it stayed hidden at the back of my wardrobe. Over the last 6 months I had been using it solely for journaling to help with my mental health. But having the seperate refills already installed, journaling turned into poetry, which turned into calligraphy, which turned into sketching, which has overall made a huge positive impact to my mental health and I never leave the house without it! The leather looks all weathered since purchasing but it still tougher than ever!

Okay fine I’ll get one 😅 that itched my brain in the perfect way 😂 where can I get a good one for my Passport TN? I’m so overwhelmed with planners that I haven’t even used anything. I have a5 rings, personal rings, i love my stalogys, my passport tn, I bought an a5 cousin for 2025 that I really want to try and my trusted weeks. I have yet to find that perfect balance of planning/journaling/on the go friendly yet big enough to fit all my ideas and notes without feeling like im going to run out of space. Am I the only one? 😅

I have been buying most of the rose gold TWSBI Ecos lately as I start getting "deeper" into the fountain pen rabbithole. I didn't know this mini existed, and of course it is now on my wishlist. The color combination and EDC size is really hitting! The funny thing is that just today I was wondering why my ECO was not posting. The cap was just loosely sitting on the back of the pen. Then I read that there is the tiny black o-ring that helps it post. Lo and behold, the back of my ECO was missing its O-ring! I was very lucky to find it at the bottom of my Galen leather single pen holder. I'm glad I found it, but it made me worried now that this is a piece easily lost, and maybe not easily replaced? I will have to look and see if they sell these separately. Thank you for your review!

I have the same pen and like you I find that it wtites too fine for me. I used it to write down the information for the replacement nib. I will be ordering one, thanks for the tip! I love the pen and keep it in my right front pocket. It is handy for quick notes and checklists. For longer writing sessions a fatter pen is prefered.

Yeah that's pretty broad for an extra fine, I would probably have to make my writing stance a little bit more stiff and at an upward angle

I have the TWSBI Eco and TWSBI CLASSIC both in white, they are a hot to write with. I want this one as well. The medium is a little too thick for me so after using fountain pens for a little while I think I like the extra fine and fine Nibs the best
