I have just got into TRX. I am a senior, but I have quite a lot of gym experience. I think your exercises are a very good starting point for seniors. I would possibly suggest a few words of instruction would be useful.

Hi Carla when you do the swimmer i noticed you dont bend your arms at all. when doing the swimmer should your arms be completely straight at all times. Thanks for your workouts love them!! Please post more 45min
