    This TRX Core & Abs Workout Advanced is suitable for everyone who has experience on the TRX Suspension Trainer. This workout has 1 long Workout Round with Core & Abs Exercises. Warm-Up and a Cool Down/Stretching are not included in this video.

    Duration of the video: 18 minutes. Pace of the workout and transition times are perfect for the Advanced Level.
