At this price, from investment point of view, the Ritz Carlton Residence would be a better buy... here you are paying for the location - one of the the last freehold lands within Langsuan. Both great projects...just overpriced. I heard someone already bought this penthouse unit

you should try it next time you are in Itaewon, Seoul. It's very authentic tasting but remember to wear clothes you don't like ( you will smell like BBQ afterwards)

Yes, I agree with you in this case, this one is overpriced (you are basically paying for the location, one of the the most expensive piece of freehold land in the langsuan area of Bangkok.

If you like thinly sliced bacon / stinky stew, please go try it :) Tip for you - don't wear nice clothes (smell) and go during non-rush hour, please enjoy Khun Jack!

I like to goto spas that have well trained and skillful masseus/masseurs, usually I prefer older and more experienced therapists. I'm not sure what you are looking for but I heard there are other types of spas where appearance of therapists matter more.

yea, they have increased the price over the past 5-8 years just like many other things in Bangkok unfortunately. (things are getting quite expensive especially for high-end dining/spa/hotels)

Hi, the Bangkok hospital on the list is for bangkok hospital in Bangkok but I believe they also have a branch in Pattaya (I just checked, they have the same hospital logo)

Actually, some of the footages are from a year ago and now most people in Bangkok / Pattaya don't wear masks (sorry for the confusion). I would say maybe around 10-15% still wear them on public transportations and crowded areas just as preventative measure for seasonal flu etc..

haha...yes, Pattaya can be a very relaxing and fun place to visit, you should try going one of the weekends :)

I love Huahin too! (more quiet and better for retirement), if you want little bit more of the city vibe, Pattaya can be nice place to relax too. (East of Pattaya or near South of Pattaya is a good choice for long-term stay) away from the crowded city center. Plus Pattaya only takes 2-2.5 hrs by car, Huahin takes around 3-3.5 hours.

Au Bon Coin is my favorite French restaurant, love his food, atmosphere. Need to go back.
