thank you very much for your kind comment! actually the footage is from 1.5 years ago but I finally had time to edit the video. however, Chiang Rai I heard is very quiet and peaceful most of the time compare to Chiang Mai.
I believe, mid October to February is the best season to visit most parts of Thailand :) the monsoon season should be almost over my mid October/early November and the weather should be a little cooler
