the children's kitchen is more impressive than most Thai kitchens i have seen
I agree! As an enthusiastic home cook myself, the kitchens in most Bangkok condos are too small and layouts are quite impractical. I learned over the years, most Thai people don't usually cook at home thus the small kitchens... (also oftentimes, it's cheaper to eat out than to cook at home in Bangkok hehe)
I love walking around Langsuan Village & the Lumphini Park area, so many trees around and safe neighborhood. thanks for the tour

Yes, I definitely can't afford this kind of place in my life but the facilities of this condo is some of the best I've seen, especially the 25-seater cinema!!

thank you for your comment :) yes, I agree, most condos in Thailand come with kitchen smaller than most western kitchen, so for someone who likes to cook like me, it's always a challenge to find a condo with bigger kitchen, hehe
quick question here can buyer redecorate the condor from 2 bedroom to 3?
Each condo is different, if there is major renovation involved to change the layout, you would have to go through the condo's juristic person (management office). generally, if it doesn't involve breaking down a structural wall or changing the facade of the condo (can be seen from outside / from condo common area), separating spaces with a new wall/separator should be ok.

Thats crazy the price. Dont forget its Thailand. For thats price i rather get a nice Mansion in US or a better property unit but for sure not in Thailand.
Yes, I agree with you in this case, this one is overpriced (you are basically paying for the location, one of the the most expensive piece of freehold land in the langsuan area of Bangkok.

generally most condos in Bangkok come with balconies. this penthouse unit also had a large balcony next to the sunset lounge 8:10
Great property but way overpriced. You could get a penthouse unit at Ritz-Carlton Residences for less than half of the asking price of this penthouse.
Yes, I agree with you John! At this price, from investment point of view, the Ritz Carlton Residence would be a better buy... here you are paying for the location - one of the the last freehold lands within Langsuan. Both great projects...just overpriced. I heard someone already bought this penthouse unit
