That was the best game of the season. As usual, the Warriors were down in the first half, but veteran center Kevon Looney started the second half and helped spark the comeback. I want to break down how Looney’s impact-setting screens for Steph Curry and Andrew Wiggins, playing as a rolling big, and blocking shots-made this his best game of the season in a statement win. Let’s get to it.

The Real Reason The Warriors Signed Dennis Schröder
Переглядів 7 тис.4 години тому
Against the G League Utah Jazz, the Warriors somehow still played a close game but pulled out the win. Both Brandin Podziemski and Dennis Schröder played well, but I wanted to focus on Schröder's best performance as a Warrior so far. In the absence of Steph Curry, he did what he does best-running isolation plays, working the pick-and-roll, and punishing what the defense gave him. So, let’s get ...
Why Two G-Leaguers Could Change Everything For The Warriors
Переглядів 53 тис.16 годин тому
*Forgot my mic, sorry for the low quality!* After another embarrassing loss, the Warriors bounced back to throttle the Bulls on a back-to-back. Despite another slow start, it was the recent addition of rookie Quinten Post as a stretch big and the ongoing evolution of Gui Santos as a shooting forward that propelled the Dubs to their best offensive showing in weeks, putting up 131 points. I want ...
How Andrew Wiggins Simplified The Offense With Elite Three-Level Scoring
Переглядів 8 тис.День тому
Against the worst team in the league in the Wizards, the Warriors still had to fight back to win a clutch game. Andrew Wiggins scored a season-high 31 points as he showcased his three-level scoring ability from start to finish. His aggressive offensive approach as the secondary option was instrumental in the Dubs' victory, so let’s break down the various actions.
Steph Curry & Andrew Wiggins Always Feast Against Rudy Gobert & The Timberwolves
Переглядів 4,1 тис.14 днів тому
After the worst stretch of the season and falling below .500, the Warriors traveled to Minnesota and managed to not choke a 20 point lead against the Timberwolves. Steph Curry exploded with 7 three-pointers and continued his abuse of Rudy Gobert, while Andrew Wiggins returned to his former home with 24 points help the shorthanded Warriors. So let’s break it down.
Why Gui Santos Needs More Playing Time | The Buddy Hield Cycle Is Real
Переглядів 11 тис.21 день тому
With a depleted roster and Steph Curry unable to hit the ocean, the Warriors almost choked against the Detroit Pistons. However, it was the unsung 12th man, Gui Santos, who knocked down open threes and husteled to create second-chance opportunities, while Buddy Hield finally had a good game and repeats his cycle. Let’s break down their performances.
Lindy Waters III Played The Role Player Game To Perfection
Переглядів 7 тис.21 день тому
On a night where Steph Curry and other key players sat out, it was Andrew Wiggins who stepped up as the first option and got a perfect complementary performance from Lindy Waters. It was about time that Waters matched the highest minutes he’s played in weeks with his best performance, epitomizing the perfect role player game with solid defense and knocking down key three-pointers. So, let’s bre...
What Happens When the Sixers Forget To Guard Steph Curry
Переглядів 12 тис.28 днів тому
The Warriors got their most convincing win of the season on the second end of a back-to-back for the Sixers, led by Stephen Curry, who went a career-best 8 three-pointers without a single miss. I want to break down how Philly’s defense embarrassingly left Steph open on pretty much every bucket, allowing the GOAT shooter to get hot early and never let go, so let’s get to it.
The Warriors Cannot Keep Jonathan Kuminga On A Leash Any Longer
Переглядів 25 тис.Місяць тому
Wow, the Warriors finally secured a win. On the second night of a back-to-back, Jonathan Kuminga delivered another stellar performance, matching his career high with 34 points in a thrilling comeback. His consistent stretch of high minutes over the past month has given him the chance to play aggressively and showcase his ability to score in various ways against the Phoenix defense. So, let's br...
Stop Using Steph Curry As A Glorified Off-Ball Decoy
Переглядів 8 тис.Місяць тому
Those who know my channel know I don’t usually make videos after a loss. But after two of the worst three games in recent memory, I wanted to break down how Steph Curry was essentially useless in the first half against the Pacers as an off-ball decoy with 4 missed field goal attempts. I want to compare the stark difference between on-ball versus off-ball actions, so let’s see the contrast.
Why Steph Curry Loves To Exploit Rudy Gobert On The Perimeter
Переглядів 10 тис.Місяць тому
It’s been a miserable month as a Warriors fan, but you can always expect them to bounce back against the Timberwolves. Steph Curry broke the losing streak by anticipating the Minnesota big men's perimeter defense, led by Rudy Gobert, including clutch buckets that extended the lead. I wanted to break down how Curry found daylight on his way to 31 points and 10 assists, so let’s get to it.
How Steph Curry & Buddy Hield Exposed Rudy Gobert’s Defensive Coverages
Переглядів 23 тис.Місяць тому
After a tough loss to the Timberwolves, the Warriors got another shot just two days later at the same Chase Center. Steph Curry dropped 30 points, and it included a big bounce-back game from Buddy Hield, with both combining for 12 threes. I wanted to break down how the Warriors' starting guards exposed reigning Defensive Player of the Year Rudy Gobert in multiple actions, so let’s get to it.
How Jonathan Kuminga Dominated The Rockets With Aggressive Right-Hand Finishes
Переглядів 4,6 тис.Місяць тому
*Re-upload, last video screwed up, sorry guys!* After a tough 5-game losing streak, the Warriors faced the red-hot Rockets at home without Steph or Draymond. This forced first-option Jonathan Kuminga to step up, scoring a career-high 33 points. I wanted to break down how JK’s aggressive mindset, looking for his own shot and attacking what the defense gave him, helped him get buckets especially ...
Why Are The Warriors Blowing Double-Digit Leads?
Переглядів 10 тис.2 місяці тому
After two disappointing losses against lower tier teams, I’m making my first video in a couple years after a Warriors L. I wanted to go back to the late 3rd and 4th quarters of the Spurs and Nets games to break down exactly what went wrong on the defensive end. Was it lineups? Rotations? Matchups? I think it’s important to dissect this early on in the season, because we don't want to repeat the...
This Is Not The Same Andrew Wiggins

A couple of days after I made my first Wiggins video of the year, Andrew Wiggins erupted for a new season-high with 30 points in a dominant showing against the Pelicans. It’s safe to say Wiggins has fully returned to his 2022 form, so I wanted to break down how he knocked down open shots and stayed aggressive attacking the basket within the Warriors' offense. Let’s get to it.

The GSW roster can always compete with the best. Their biggest issue the last 35 games has been mental, the mind set: the start-to-finish game focus, the determination to find a way to solve whatever problems there are in a game to win, the burning desire to win, the enthusiasm, the aggression, the willingness to defend, the serious practicing shotmaking... I think they've turned a corner after these last 2 games but the next 10 to 15 games will tell if this is real. And the games after the all star break.

Seeing Prime Loon Dog is one the only entertaining things about this team this season. Steph is looking old AF, many other role players have been really inconsistent and Kerr seems to have almost no idea what he is doing at all. Dray has mostly been a non factor even when he has been on the court. But through it all Wiggins has been great on both ends pretty much all season long and Loon has been playing some of the best ball of his career. His finishing around the rim seems to have really taken a leap. Gone are the days of the pump fake or several and then getting blocked or stripped.
