It's no science. Opponents are exhausting all their resources in stopping Curry. Meaning it's up to his teammates to make the shots. With Klay now shooting very well, The defenses now have to think how they are going to defend them.
This, all we're asking is for Klay to knock down open threes for plays run for him, and stop chucking contested ones like he did first 3 months of season. He's been much better and therefore team has won more
@@warriorsbreakdown they ended us but I feel like this is how we were suppose to loose an ugly lost so they really see what they are missing clearly a 2nd shot creator take some pressure of Steph coz god is sad to see him get double and triple team at 36
Yep. Obviously we want everyone to play well, but I swear there's something with Klay just shooting efficiently for like 20 points even. I'm not asking for 30/35, just give me 20 points on 4/7 threes and I swear they win most those games lol
@@kyul9357 Some years are worse than others. Honestly every year since 2019 including the 22 ship year had terrible turnovers. Pelicans game was a wrap in the 2nd quarter
If you listen to Klay, he’ll tell you why he’s returning to form. On Draymond’s podcast he talks about how he’s lucky to be in his position and he wants to have fun and stay with the Dubs. He said it took 3 or 4 “come to Jesus” talks with Kerr and he saw things more clearly…and his play took off…
istg if Klay is dropping 20-25 a game on efficient shooting, Warriors can beat anybody. Also if Wiggs returns to the 2022 2-way Wiggs. Those two are the difference maker of the Warriors ups and downs this season
I mean yea, but at this point I think we can expect both of that to not happen consistently. My expectations is just at least one of them shows up every game, and by Klay I mean 20 points and Wiggins 15-20 lol. Not that much
@@warriorsbreakdown just a fair enough help. Just Klay to drop 20, since he's more capable of doing it. While Wiggs is on defense, I want him to guard Fox heavily since he can be the best lock down defender on the team.
Man after the absolute embarrassment of a game from the pelicans I no longer have faith in the warriors. We’re at the end of the regular season and the warriors still haven’t resolved their sickening turnover problem. They can’t consistently make shots either, overall no consistent play at all. I had faith they could make it really far if they just ended the season off on a good note and showing that they had finally found their groove but I was wrong. Warriors are too extremely inconsistent to count on them to even make it out of the playin and this game against Sacramento should they even WIN it should give you an idea of how they’re gonna play from this point on lakers blew out the pelican team warriors lost to by like 20 points for context btw
Trey Murphy went Steph Curry mode, it was as much the Warriors lost that game by turning it over as the Pelicans won that game cuz they simply played better. Give the opponents credit
Well both of them obviously, but Wiggins can do other things besides score. If Klay doesn't hit 20 points, he's not exactly effective. Wiggins can score 10 points but grab 8 rebounds and defend the opposing team's best wing
He "returned to form" last season in the last few months as well. How did it go during the post-season? How delusional are people that you can't realistically rely on mid 30s guys unless you're a freak of nature like KD, LeBron or Steph?
He had an awful Lakers series cuz he was trying to show up for his dad's legacy, and after a brutal 7 game series against the Kings. He gets a pass but I'm not expecting to give him another one. You got a better option to suggest?
@@warriorsbreakdown He tried to show up for his dad's legacy sounds like some major coping mechanism. He was not good vs the Kings either, but the Lakers he was really bad in. Warriors have had one of the easiest schedules of all teams in the last two months. @@warriorsbreakdown That was my point, there is no "form". Klay's issues even when he can shoot are long since he came back from his injury. On top of that, you have guys in their mid 30s all being in the top MPG on this team. Steph, Klay, Dray and CP3 for most of the season averaged 4 of the 5 highest MPG in the team. That's the average of 36 years old, completely unsustainable and not viable if your goal is to do anything for the playoffs. They just played hard in the 3rd easiest end of the season schedule from any NBA team, beat on non-playoff teams outside of Lakers and Mavs. Their record all throughout RS vs playoffs and non-playoff teams shows they're nothing more than an average team that are flat track bullies when it comes to non-playoff teams. Even if they won tonight, it would have shown next round if Zion was fit, or vs OKC.

Shooting for Klay & Steph is peaking. They need to take care of the ball. If they keep turning it over, its a wrap

Klay can't shoot if the defense is man to man.
