JK's power drive reminds me of how LeBron James used to blow by defenders in the paint in his younger days. JK has springy legs to launch mid-range jumpers from everywhere, maybe as good or better than GA of Milwaukee.

It's disappointing that GSW can't find a more significant role for JK. He's has unique qualities that can help the team, but Kerr either doesn't know how to platform him or doesn't want to make room for him in the offense
The only thing you see is his offense. He still hasn't learned to play good defense, and for a 4 in their lineup he needs to figure out how to be a much better rebounder. Questioning Kerr and his staffs coaching for the failure of JK to develop into an all-star is a lazy take on the growth of JK.

But he's hasn't been helped by limited minutes over the last couple seasons in that regard, either. Kumingas lack of defense is not the reason the warriors have been good or bad. And yes, Kerr and his crew are the reason why those guys (Moody and JK) haven't developed. Maybe it was optimal for GSW ambitions, having a championship core and being in constant win now mode, but nobody will develop playing the kind of sparse minutes he has been playing.
I agree I think he needs more consistent minutes. But his play style isn't exactly catered to the Warriors offense. I think his biggest weakness is still taking ill-advised/contested shots and trying to look for the foul, or stupidly losing focus on the defensive end. He's only 22 I know, but also him wanting a max contract is fuckin crazy. He's not that guy
